文章分七部分：一、前言：二、港口发展战略及其研究意义；三、烟台港外部环境分析；四、烟台港内部环境分析；五、烟台港港口运输需求分析预测；六、烟台港港口发展战略规划；七、烟台港港口发展的主要问题及应采取的对策及建议。本文首先对烟台港务局港口设施和设备、组织机构、人员结构等资源及面临的内、外部环境进行了综合分析。在此基础上，利用近十年的统计资料，赁借线性回归等数学工具建立数学模型进行港口运输需求分析预测。

It first recapitulates the basic theory and actuality about fuzzy set, gray systems and attribute mathematics. On this basis, some new theories and ways are presented, and they are substantiated from Opsearch and Control Theory as well as examples. Around the related range of Opsearch and Control Theory, the problems in economy and management are solved by use of Indeterminacy Mathematics Method.

摘 要：本文是在分析包头钢铁公司的步进式加热炉热过程的基础上，针对其具体情况，建立了加热炉生产热过程中包括辐射换热过程和钢坯加热过程及其耦合过程的热过程数学模型，并对热过程数学模型求解方法进行了研究。

In chapter three, with the effective combination of the prior preference, posterior preference and interactive method, and based on the theory of satisficing decision making and goal programming, an interactive method for solving static or dynamic multicriteria programming is devised. In the method, by constructing the simplexes in the set of parameters and transforming them, the local preference information is interactively quested in th process of decision making. The prior and posterior preference are used to speed up the process of decision making and overcome the false convergency which may be occured in pure interactive algorithms. This method can be used to cope with linear, nonlinear and dynamic multicritcria programming.

在第3章多目标数学规划的参数单纯形方法中，通过多目标数学规划的验先偏好方法，交互式方式与验后偏好方法的有效组合，在满意决策和目标规划的理论基础上提出了一种求解多目标静态及动态规划的交互式方法，该方法通过在参数集中构造单纯形并进行其变换，在决策过程中交互地索取决策者的局部偏好信息，并利用决策者的验先偏好来提高决策过程进行的速度，及利用决策者的验后偏好来克服纯交互式算法中可能出现的假收敛现象。

On the basis of assessing economic loss due to water pollution, this paper employed water environment model to describe the spatial impact of pollutant discharge in rivers. In consideration of the environmental and economic effects of pollutant discharge, a theoretical model for water pollution compensation in rivers was proposed, with its basic characteristics, processing methods and application conditions discussed in the paper.

在水污染经济损失评估的基础上，以河流为研究对象，采用水环境数学模型的方法描述了污染物排放的空间影响关系，进而把超量排放的环境影响与经济影响联系起来，对模型的基本特征、处理方法和应用范围进行了讨论，并且以太湖流域范围内的京杭运河为例进行实证研究，得到了河流水污染损失补偿的数学模型。
