On the basis of stripping principle, the mathematical model of removal of tiny moisture in the complexing agent was established, and the solution of this model was carried on by using the software of Matlab.

With famous flow-field analytic software CFX we also simulated the flow's details in the homogenizers head, and analyzed it's infection to the homogenization process using the simulation results. We also established the dynamic model of the stator-rotor of shear homogenizer system, and analyzed important factors that affect the system's stability with the help of the poincarémaps, axes contrails, phase plane portraits, times-history and amplitude spectrum which were attained by Fortran language and Matlab program.
