Most of present airborne platforms are analogic control system, digital control system can improve the system general performance, digital control is the development direction of platform systems, digital control has especial techonoly, this paper focus on researching the key technologies of digital control of airborne electro-optical stable platform.

现有的机载平台大多采用模拟控制，数字控制系统能提高系统综合性能，便于系统调试，采用数字控制方式是平台系统的必然发展方向，系统辨识、控制器设计和多采样率问题的研究是数字控制系统研究的关键问题，有关机载光电稳定平台数字控制的这些关键技术研究是本文的目的。

The paper introduces the conception of digital home and its development and significance at first. Then it explains the foundation of digital home system platform based on hardware platform and system operation system. Following it talks about the frame hardware system design and the daughter module board of the embedded digital home system platform based on Blackfin. After that, it mainly explains the uClinux kernel's transplantation and realization on the digital home system platform. At last it introduces the embedded GUI—microwindow's transplantation and realization.

首先简单介绍了数字家庭概况以及课题研究的意义；其次从硬件平台和系统软件两个方面阐述了数字家庭的系统平台基础；接着描述了基于Blackfin的嵌入式数字家庭系统的硬件总体设计和子模块设计；然后重点论述了uClinux操作系统在数字家庭平台上的移植与实现；最后详细介绍了嵌入式图形用户界面GUI——Microwindows的移植和实现。

The article takes balancing all quarter copyright benefit as discussion entrance, analyses the questions of copyright benefit management, and proposes strategies to constructing benefit management mechanism of the digital copyright public interests management and the copyrighter's interests. in the end, the author thinks we should construct a kind of digital copyright benefit management mechanism which regards policy as a guide, takes the law as criterion, regards protection as the means, and takes utilization as goal, based on interests equilibrium. the management mechanism will stimulate creation, maintain interests fair, advance resources utilization, and promote culture art thriving.

After analyzing characteristics of urban spatial data, this paper partly implements the integration of spatial data of multi sources and organization and management of sea-large spatial data. Finally, the spatial data managing system makes a uniform management, maintenance and updating on such data as digital linear graphic, digital elevation map, digital orthoimage, digital raster data, reference points and metadata.
