Currently, digital TV mainly has about seven chips, like Signal demodulator chip, video-control chip, MPEG-2 decode chip, video processing chip, HDMI interface chip, audio frequency treatment chip and audio frequency amplification chip.

The structural of mechanism adopted double pipes feed-in with mixing machine, special weighbridge for reducing bond; The hardware circuit make use of the programmable amplifier AD8555 which amplify the weak sensor signal and bridge imbalance compensation and gain error, at the same time,32-bit microprocessor LPC2134 was used as the core of the hardware to deal with the messages and send order to the implement machine. Software design transmits materiel by stages and FIR filter was adopted to remove big errors and enhance precision.
