数值技术

By measuring pressure induced by dynamiting which located various positions of the circular shell, the localizational effect of impact force on the circular shell is disclosed. Also, PVDF piezofilms are used to determine accurate time while projectile contacting target, accurate time while two interfaces of the target contacting at a initial distance of 5, and the contacting pressure between the two interfaces when the projectile is in 500m/s to lOOOm/s.

通过对化爆模拟加载试验中柱壳不同角度压力的监测，揭示了化爆模拟产生的压力局域化效应，为进一步模拟设计提出研究的方向；采用PVDF压电薄膜来监测弹靶碰撞的时刻、细小间隙的闭合时间以及由此产生的压力变化，通过对PVDF压力计测试结果分析以及和数值模拟结果的比较，获得规律性的认识，为进一步的应用提供了技术支持。

Numerical simulation of drawing process of the part has been done by using the FEM. Ultimately the reasonable die surface fo the process has been gaied which is applied in manufacture of the die through the adjustment and amendment of the drawing surfact based the simulation result, hence a guidance to the design of th elative parts.

Most parameters for the mixture antioxidation oil were studied and they were consistent with GB 2536-90, including transparence, smell, density, solidifying point, flash point, viscosity, acids and water-solubility acids;The viscosity of the antioxidation oil at 20℃～90℃was as same as mineral;And the relative permittivity at 30～106Hz was invariable and it was higher than mineral oil so that the electric field of the antioxidation oil paper insulation was more equilibrious.

研究得到了所研制的抗老化变压器油的参数值：透明度、气味、密度、凝点、闪点、运动粘度、酸值及水溶性酸或碱等，均满足变压器油技术标准GB 2536-90的要求；20℃～90℃之间该油运动粘度和矿物油几乎相等；在30～106Hz频率范围内，该油相对介电常数基本维持恒定，且比矿物油相对介电常数略大；其工频击穿电压远高于矿物油。
