数值分析

According to the researching actualities in ring rolling, this paper researched deeply the basic law of rolling deformation by simulation using ABAQUS software on the base of ring rolling theory and elastic-plastic kinematics explicit FEM. And the residual stress in cold ring rolling was computed by numerical simulation.The mass scaling measures in finite element simulation of ring rolling were researched.

本文针对环件轧制的研究现状，基于环件轧制理论和弹塑性动力显式有限元法，以ABAQUS有限元分析软件为平台，以数值模拟的方式对环件轧制变形的一些基本规律进行更深入的研究，并对环件冷轧时的残余应力进行数值模拟计算。

Numerical simulation of water injection into coal seam throughlong drill hole and determination of its reasonable parameters

用有限元数值模拟方法求解了煤层注水二维、三维非定常渗流方程，用该数值计算模型结合具体实例，主要分析了工艺参数中注水压力、时间和钻孔间距与湿润范围的动态变化关系，给出了选取合理的注水工艺参数的计算公式。

We analyze theoretically the various algorithms of the fundamental matrix, and suggest that the input data should remove the errors in measurements through pre-processing for the algorithm stability. The robust algorithms, the cross-ratio based algorithm and the regularized pre-revised algorithm, are presented.

通过对目前常用算法分析及数值模拟指出，要提高算法的数值稳定性，最有效的办法是直接对输入数据作预处理去除噪声，并给出了较为鲁棒的基于交比预处理算法，和正则化预处理算法。

The numerical simulation result is competent, and can provide important reference for the design of die and drawing technology. It is showed that finite-element method can save much time and cost. It is a useful tool for engineering analysis.

模拟结果表明，有限元数值模拟方法可以节省大量的费用和时间，能够为拉深工艺设计及模具设计提供重要的参考依据，不失为工程分析的一种有效数值模拟工具。

There are two modeling methods used in this research area, that is analytical method and numerical method. Analytical method can be used to analyze the sound pressure within enclosures, and to analyze the control mechanisms theoretically, however it can be used for regular cuboids only. Numerical modeling method can manage enclosures with arbitrary boundaries, nevertheless, the results obtained using this method are dispersed sound pressure. It is hard to conduct real time control with this method. The two modeling methods have their own inherent defects.

对于封闭空间的结构声辐射，目前有解析建模和数值建模两种建模方法，解析建模方法可以从理论上对系统进行分析，探讨消声机理，但它只适用于长方体等规则封闭空间；数值建模方法不受空间边界形状的限制，得到的是空间声压的离散结果，难以用于实时控制，两种方法都存在着局限性。

From the analysis and comparing with different illustration, it proves that the numerical model used in this paper is correct and the results of numerical study are in agreement with the facticity about the flow field.

通过对数值计算结果的分析和比较，证明数值模拟所用的计算模型是有效的，较好地反映了旋流器内液固两相流场的物理真实性。

The article simulates the flowing situation of fluid near the current regulator by using Fluent software, rationally analyses the flow field distribution near flow nipple, and compares the value of simulation result and programming calculation result.

利用Fluent软件对节流器附近流体的流动情况进行了二维数值模拟，对所得到的节流嘴附近的流场分布情况进行了合理的分析，并把数值模拟结果与编程计算的结果相比较。
