数值分析

Our results improve the former results. For periodic Jacobi matrix, some new spectral properties of periodic Jacobi matrix are given by studying the relationship of the eigenvalues of periodic Jacobi matrix and its n—1 principal submatrix. Applying these spectral properties, we present a necessary and sufficient condition for the solvability of an inverse problem of periodic Jacobi matrices and discuss the number and the relationship of its solutions. Furthermore, we propose a new algorithm to construct its solution and compare it with the former algorithms. As this inverse problem of periodic Jacobi matrix usually has multiple solutions as many other eigenvalue inverse problems, we study the uniqueness of this problem. And a necessary and sufficient condition is given to ensure its uniqueness, under which an algorithm is presented and the stability analysis is also given. Finally, we put forward a new inverse problem for periodic Jacobi matrix which has not been solved.

对周期Jacobi矩阵特征值反问题，通过研究周期Jacobi矩阵与其n-1阶主子阵特征值的关系，给出了周期Jacobi矩阵的一些新的谱性质；利用这些谱性质，研究了一类周期Jacobi矩阵特征值反问题，用新的方法推导出了该类特征值反问题有解的充分必要条件，并讨论了解的个数以及解与解之间的关系；此外，提出了一种新的构造周期Jacobi矩阵反问题解的数值算法，并与前人的算法做了一定比较；由于周期Jacobi矩阵特征值反问题和其他很多特征值反问题一样往往存在多个解，本论文给出了周期Jacobi矩阵反问题解唯一的充要条件，并发现周期Jacobi矩阵特征值反问题的解唯一当且仅当构造的矩阵满足一定的条件；在解唯一的情况下，给出了构造唯一解的数值算法，并做了相应的稳定性分析；最后，提出了一类新的有待于解决的周期Jacobi矩阵特征值反问题。

Results Analysis of the expression of proteins of JAK2 in leukemic blasts, there was no detectable constitutive expression of phosphorylated JAK2 in all the AML samples analyzed; Furthermore, we could detect a constitutive activation of STAT 3 by immunoprecipitation of the targeted protein in primary leukemic blasts from 3 of 11 AML patients without any cytokine treatment; Pretreatment clinical characteristics, and treatment regimens did not differ significantly between patients with and without constitutive STAT3 activity, there was not significant relation between the constitutive activation of STAT3 and the FAB subvariety and chromosome karyotype; However, the 3 patients with constitutive STAT3 activity seemed to have adverse treatment outcome, one did not show remission, the other two patients relapsed shortly after remission; Consistent with the above-mentioned result, leukemic blasts from the 3 samples with constitutive expression of STAT3 showed higher percentage of spontaneous apoptosis and S-phase cells.

在实验研究基础上，本研究进一步运用免疫沉淀和Western Blot印迹方法，检测AML患者原代细胞JAK2和STAT3活化情况，并分析了STAT3活化与AML患者预后有关指标改变的关系。结果我们的初步研究发现，11例AML患者中，有3例呈现STAT3组成型活化（STAT3阳性，下同），无一例呈JAK2组成型活化。上述3例STAT3组成型活化与FAB分型和染色体核型改变未见明显相关性；在此3例患者中，1例未取得缓解，另外2例虽然取得短暂缓解，但均在二个月内复发。上述3例STAT3阳性AML患者S期白血病细胞百分率数值较组高，而凋亡率数值较低。

In the part of empirical analysis of Chinese IPO first-day return, the difference between existing study and this study is that we use principal components analysis to extract from five factors to construct investors'sentiment index, add it to controled varibles, on which we examine the influence of offering mechanism on IPO first-day return. Moreover, we gather statistics and compare the IPO holding return for lockup period between fixed-price-class offering method and bookbuilding-class offering method, as well as price range between Chinese A-share market and Hongkong stock market, which prvide comprehensive evidence to appraise Chinese IPO bookbuilding mechanism. 2. Compare to the existing literatures which consider discount or allocation, incentive allocation and discount are considered at the same time in optimal mechanism design in this dissertation, and the offering bottom price is introduced to the price range. We investigate the relationship between price range and allocation quantity, and obtain the optimal price range and allocation strategy so that the advantages of independent allocation are reflected. On the other hand, the disadvantages of independent allocation are reflected in the manipulation in case of no restriction on IPO allocation. To distinguish from the existing literatures, bookbuilding mechanism is introduced to the model. We study the allocation strategy adopted by the underwriter in the pooling equilibrium of manipulation. In addition, we analyze the incentive compatibility conditions to which the existence of pooling equilibrium should satisfy and examine some factors'impact on the existence of manipulation.3. In bookbuilding without independent IPO allocation, Chinese realistic IPO background is considered and the condition of bookbuilding and fixed-price hybrid offering is added. Divide bookbuilding and fixed-price hybrid offering into sequential hybrid and simultaneous hybrid, and point out that the key points of subscription strategy in the two kinds of hybrid are different. Through modeling and simulation we obtain the impact of institutional investors'subscription strategy on bookbuilding without independent IPO allocation, which fill the gap in related research. Moreover, in the part of IPO bookbuilding with over-allotment option, the pricing strategy is divided into hot-IPO strategy and weak-IPO strategy. Take into account the procedure of Chinese IPO with over-allotment option, it presents how the underwriter determines the pricing strategy and what effect it brings to offering price and issue size through modeling and simulation. Therefore, it is instructive as a complement to existing literatures.

此外，对我国A股市场询价发行方式与固定价格发行方式下的IPO锁定期到期时持有收益率、以及我国A股市场与香港市场的询价发行价格区间进行了统计比较，为评价我国IPO市场的询价发行提供了比较全面的依据。2、相比已有文献仅考虑折价和分配中的一种激励措施，本论文在有自主配售权下的机制设计中并用了分配与折价两种激励措施，并且在价格区间的制定中引入发行底价，考察了价格区间与分配量之间的关系，得到最优的价格区间和分配策略，从中体现自主分配权的优点；在有自主分配权下的操纵行为研究中则体现了自主配售权的弊端，与已有文献不同的是，在模型中引入了累计投标询价机制，研究了承销商在混同均衡操纵中采取的分配策略，并对操纵存在的条件进行分析讨论，得出各个因素对混同均衡操纵存在的影响。3、在无自主分配权下的询价发行中，充分考虑了我国实际应用的背景，加入了与固定价格发售混合的条件，并将询价与固定价格混合发行分为序贯与同步两种方式，指出机构投资者在两种情况下申购策略的侧重点各有不同，通过对序贯混合发行方式下的网下累计投标策略以及同步混合发行方式下的资金分配策略的模型建立和数值仿真，考察了机构投资者申购策略对无自主分配权下的询价发行的影响，填补了相关研究文献的空白；在包含超额配售选择权的询价发行中，将发行定价策略分为热销策略和弱销策略，在考虑了我国含超额配售选择权的发行流程下，通过建模以及数值仿真得出承销商会对发行定价策略作出怎样的选取，进而会对新股发行价格、发售数量产生怎样的影响，对目前相关研究的缺乏做出了有益的补充。

The research result shows that the relative error between the calculation result and the measurement result is less than 9.034%.This numerical calculation method can be used to calculate and analyze the temperature field of the power train compartment body and can meet the needs of engineering applications basically.

研究结果表明，动力舱体温度场的计算结果与测试结果的相对误差小于9.034%，所使用的数值计算方法可用于动力舱体温度场的数值计算及分析，基本满足工程设计的需要。

The main research areas of this paper include:For simulation model of cyclist dummy, it is proposed that a combined custom modeling technique set up new cyclist dummy that adapts for two-wheeler collision accidents. The technique is achieved based on the analysis of modeling features of existing numerical dummy and the problems that occur when it is used to simulate the two-wheeler cyclists.

This paper , pertaining to a certain project situated in karstic region where geologic formation is highly developed with features of calciferous cave faults abundant, in corporation with on site measurement and anti-analysis results, sets up a geo-mechanics model for various rock formations, and by way of 3D non-linear large deformation values modelling computation, numeric simulated study was taken for different shotcreted anchoring supports upon which one has studied surrounding rock control technique under unfavourable geologic conditions.

提要：本文针对某工程处于岩溶地区，地质构造发育，溶洞断层较多的地质特点，结合现场量测和反分析结果，建立不同岩体结构的地质力学模型，通过三维非线性大变形数值模拟计算，对不同的锚喷支护过程进行了数值模拟研究，在此基础上，研究了不良地质条件下的围岩控制技术。

The fluid flows and heat coupled calculation method is used. The standards two equations turbulence models, velocity and pressure coupled arithmetic are used.According to the results of numerical simulation analysis the local coefficient distribution changes along the pin fins.Study the effection that its height and shape of the pin fins have on the average Nu and the average number of pressure loss coefficient Eu.The circle-shaped and elliptic-shaped pin fins have different circumcolumnar regional,therefore the mixed conditions are effected.
