The concrete face slab, concrete crushing-type side wall and toe board are looked as submodel, which is separated from the whole model of CFRD. The calculated displacement in the whole model is applied to the bottom side of the crushing-type side wall, and the water pressure is applied to the surface of the concrete face slab.

Through building the FSW heat source model of 4 mm sheet 7075 aluminum alloy, the thermo-mechanical numerical analysis for the temperature field and stress-strain field in the process of FSW was carried out using ANSYS, the distribution of the temperature field and surface residual stress of the sheet aluminum alloy FSW was interpreted.
