In this master thesis, we mainly discuss the adjacent vertex- distinguishing total chromatic numbers of some special graphs and prove that Zhang"s conjecture holds for these graphs. Then we get the adjacent vertex-distinguishing total chromatic numbers of the Halin Graphs. Moreover, we investigate the Generalized Petersen Graphs, prove that some classes of positive integers can"t structure the Generalized Petersen Graphs and get the result that the adjacent vertex-distinguishing total chromatic number is 5. Finally, based on the number and the parity of circles contained by the graph, we get the adjacent vertex-distinguishing total chromatic number of two classes of graphs.
本学位论文首先主要针对几个特殊图类讨论其邻点可区别全色数,验证了其满足图的邻点可区别全色数的猜想;再证明了非轮的Halin图的邻点可区别全色数;接着研究的是广义Petersen图,讨论了不能构成广义Petersen图的几类正整数,并证明了该图的邻点可区别全色数等于5;最后,根据图所含圈的个数及其奇偶性得到了两类图的邻点可区别全色数。

A novel layout of IC transformer is proposed to achieve both high turn ratio and coupling coefficient in this paper. In order to discuss the coupling coefficient, the layouts are designed with different turn ratio. The thesis is mainly includes of three experiment topics. The multi-stack structure is proposed to achieve prior goal in first topic. Two groups of proposed devices are designed to maintain identical self- inductances in transformer's primary and secondary coils. Total six devices are fabricated in foundry 90-nm CMOS technology. Using the 9 and 5 metal layers in primary and secondary coils in a specific layout, measurement results show that the transformer has the largest benefit using the bottommost return layer in layout design. In one word, the adoption of more metal layers to construct different turn ratio transformer shows not only improving the N value but also saving the chip area in this experiment.
中文摘要本文是针对不同圈数比变压器探讨其耦合量的变化,并且期望其变压器能同时达到高圈数比及高耦合系数的特性,本论文主要可分为三个实验主题,首先第一个主题提出以90nm CMOS制程技术实现的多层金属层的布局方式,并以相同的一、二次侧自感值分为两组,利用不同返回层来达到不同的圈数比,且从量测结果可以得知,在变压器布局设计上使用最底金属层来作返回层会得到较好的特性,最后从此实验得知一结论,利用合适的多层金属架构达到不同的圈数比,不仅可以改善圈数比,还可以缩小晶片面积。

By discussing the position hypothesis of fractional-dimension derivative about general function and the formula form the hypothesis of fractional-dimension derivative about power function, the concrete equation formulas of fractional-dimension derivative, differential and integral are described distinctly further, and the difference between the fractional-dimension derivative and the fractional-order derivative are given too. Subsequently, the concrete forms of measure calculation equations of self-similar fractal obtaining by based on the definition of form in fractional-dimension calculus about general fractal measure are discussed again, and the differences with Hausdorff measure method or the covering method at present are given. By applying the measure calculation equations, the measure of self-similar fractals which include middle-third Cantor set, Koch curve, Sierpinski gasket and orthogonal cross star are calculated and analyzed.

The result indicated that 237 combinations amplified a total of 13 079 AFLP fragments with an average of 55 fragments, the average of 1.30 markers per 1 000 AFLP fragments were found to be linked to clubroot resistant gene; the amplified polymorphic fragments were 3 167 between the two parents, account for 24 percent of polymorphic frequency; the number of amplified fragments and the number of polymorphic fragments was in positive linear correlation; GC content of AFLP primer combinations significantly affects the number of amplified fragments and the number of polymorphic fragments, indicating negative linear correlation between them.
