The subjects of the study are Olympic Games of 1992, 1996 and 200. By use of quantile regression to formulate the econometric model, some variables of the participating countries are taken as independent variables. Variables such as the size of the participating countries, population, economic capacity, construction capacity, globalization and mobility are the examples. The results showed that length from flag leaf pulvinus to spike base has the largest coefficient of variance of 42.1% and 37.2% in both DS and WW environments, respectively, while the spikelet per spike has the smallest CV of 6.4% and 5.7%. Under different water regimes, spike number per plant, effective spikelet per spike and peduncle length contribute a lot to the stable grain yield. Genetic diversity indices of DTI were from 1.95 to 2.07, with an average value of 2.02. Based on the DTI of agronomic traits, all accessions could be clustered into seven groups, the first and third groups are not sensitive to the water regimes, and the second group is more suitable for planting in dryland.

In this paper,pose representation by quaternions are researched.With the basic quaternion algebra,the "quaternion based rotations combination theorem" is introduced and proved theoretically.On the basis of this theorem,a method for compute of pose nonliear state transfer function and its linearization is purposed.Then,the computing of the measurement function and the linearization is studied.With the Extended Kalman Filter,the pose is tracked and estimated.
