Firstly, Hallen integral equation was performed to analyze the antenna. Then, the Equivalent Theory was used to build the electric field integral equation, the EFIE was translated into matrix equations by Galerkin method, and the scattering field can be calculated by the surface currents of the metal target. Finally, numerical calculation to representative scatters was conducted.

首先推导了有耗媒质中圆柱对称天线的海伦积分方程；然后利用等效原理建立导体表面的电流积分方程，并采用伽略金方法将积分方程组转化为矩阵方程组，求解出散射体表面的等效电流分布，计算出其散射场；最后以典型散射体为例，进行了仿真计算分析。

Based on imaging technique, the shape measurement method and light scattering characteristics of static aerosol particles are investigated. The experimental apparatus is set up and the main effort is paid on the design of the scattering chamber and the optical fiber arrangement. The air-proof and the light-proof scattering chamber are designed for dynamic aerosol particles, and they are different from those for static aerosol particles. The control of airflow and the calibration procedure are also developed.

Chapter 2: The chapter concentrates on the powerful instrument in studying the carrier transport properties—thermopower.. Starting with the base theory, the chapter discussed the thermoelectricity phenomenon in metal and semiconductor in detail, including the useful Mott formula, phonon drag effect (normal process and Umklapp process), abnormal thermopower in transition metal, two-band model, magneton scattering, and so on. To resolve the abnormal thermopower in low temperature, some theoretical models, such as the distortion of Fermi surface, resonant scattering, spin-bag model, were argued. Each of them has its limition.

第二章：对热电势这一研究物质载流子输运性质的手段进行了综述，从热电势的原理和基础理论研究开始，针对金属和半导体的热电势现象进行了详细讨论，包括研究工作中常用的Mott公式、声子曳引的正常过程和Umklapp过程、过渡金属异常的热电势现象、双带模型及磁子散射机制等等，对于低温下的异常散射机制讨论了声子曳引、费米面畸变、共振散射机制、自旋口袋模型等若干种理论模型及其局限性。

During the T-matrix method of calculating light scattering by particle, incident and scattered fields are expand into spherical vector wave functions: which, via their relationship derived from the Maxwell equations, leads to the T-matrix, a transferring matrix between expansion coefficients of fields.
