By the means of experiments and numerical simulations, it is verified that speckles can be formed when nanofluids are illuminated by laser beam. First, clear speckles are formed by illuminating static nanofluids containing proper volume fraction of nanoparticles. Then, classic-scattering-model and photon-nanoparticle-collision-model are respectively established based on the wave-particle duality of light. The formation of speckles with nanofluids is simulated respectively on these two models, and the formation mechanism of speckles is figured out.

RESULTS: Compared with control group, SDNN, SDANN, TP, VLF and scattergram length in organic heart disease group were significantlylow. Results of Lorenz plot showed that most of controls were comet shape (82.22%) as well as organic heart disease patients were complex shape (42.22%), triangularshape (35.56%) and torpedo shape (8.89%). L correlated well with SDNN, SDANN, TP and VLF. Scattergram dispersion correlated well with rMSSD, PNN50 and HF.

Based on the functional classification of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Heat hind 42.55%, qi stagnation 23.40%, qi vacuity 10.63%, blood vacuity 6.38%, yin vacuity 8.5 1% and yang vacuity 14.8%. The changes in peristalsis was studied before and after treatment used to determine the significance of the results according to Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test in all patients. It showed that the treated group exhibited beneficial effects. However, patients treated with the Chinese herbal formula showed recurrence when medication was discontinued. The recurrence is similar whether receiving Western medication or not. However, after therapy with herbal formula, if patients receive BIOFEEDBACK of colon, the recurrence rate of chronic constipation was 15%. This significant in the treatment of chronic constipation is very important.
