The main purpose of this study is to examine the concentration distribution of emitted ozone in the work environment of UV equipment in a Color Filter plant. A fogger was used to visualize the direction of ozone-laden air flow. MDA toxic gas detector (Scientific ChemKey TLD-1, Zellweger Analytics, England) with chemical paper was used to measure the emitted ozone concentration at the breathing zone of operators and the exit of the UV equipment.

本研究主要目的在研究彩色滤光片厂UV清洗机作业环境臭氧逸散浓度分布情形，藉由烟雾可视化，调查臭氧逸散烟流走向，并以MDA毒性气体侦测器(Scientific ChemKey TLD-1， Zellweger Analytics， England)搭配化学纸带进行臭氧逸散浓度量测，量测点为劳工个人工作站之呼吸带及UV清洗机台出片端。

By means of traditional criterions of generalized integral's convergence and divergence, this paper, from the analysis of integrated function's nature, discovers a series of new criterions, which are briefer and more suitable: on the aspect of generalized integral for functions of a single variable, through the investigation of integrated function, together with the inner relationship between positive series and generalized integral in infinite interval under the condition of positive function, it gives several criterions of generalized integral's convergence and divergence, which are similar to positive series' criterions of convergence and divergence.

本文从分析被积函数本身所具的性质出发，借助传统的广义积分敛散性判别方法，发现1系列更简捷适用的新判别方法：单变量函数广义积分方面，通过考察被积函数，结合正项级数与正函数情形下无穷区间上广义积分的内在联系，给出了几个与正项级数敛散性判别法相类似的广义积分敛散性判别方法；多变量函数广义积分方面，着重讨论了广义2重积分和广义3重积分，结合被积函数的特点，运用比较判别法和柯西判别法，本文给出了判别广义2重积分收敛的1种新方法。

An inhomogeneous Benjamin-Davis-Ono-Burgers equation including topographic forcing and turbulent dissipation is derived in terms of the quasi-geostrophic vorticity equation, an approximate analytic solution of the BDO-Burgers equation with a small dissipation is obtained, the time variations of mass and energy of the algebraic solitary waves are discussed, and finally, the forced BDO-Burgers equation is integrated numerically and the numerical solutions are given for a given basic flow with a weak shear and a localized topographic forcing.

利用包括地形外源和湍流耗散的准地转涡度方程导出了包含强迫项和湍流耗散项的非齐次强迫BDO-Burgers方程，求出了小耗散存在情况下BDO-Burgers方程的近似解析解，讨论了代数孤立波的质量和能量的守恒关系，最后，对给定的弱切变基本气流和局地地形强迫，数值积分强迫BDO-Burgers方程，求得了不同参数下的数值解。

Time domain signal is transformed to the frequency domain signal by FFT. Dispersion curve is obtained from phase angle that is calculated by the frequency spectrum analysis. A compound dispersion curve is obtained from the dispersion curves intervale, and the representative dispersion curve is used to evaluate dimensions and quality of soil grouting body.

结果 X取自然对数与Y作散点图有直线趋势，拟合对数曲线方程；Y取自然对数与X作散点图有直线趋势，拟合指数曲线方程；X取自然对数与Y取自然对数作散点图有直线趋势，拟合幂函数曲线方程；原始数据X和Y成抛物线关系，拟合抛物线方程。

The results shows that the effect of the speckle noise can be suppressed by displaying OCT images in the logarithmic scale and the speckle properties are correlated with the scattering properties of the tested sample. Additionally, it is shown that OCT with NA = 0.25 has a lower speckle noise and a larger length of single scattering range.

结果显示采用对数表示可以抑制散斑噪声对图像对比度的影响，而且此时的散斑特性与介质的散射特性相关联，另外，采用较高数值孔径显微物镜可以抑制散斑噪声以及增大成像深度。
