objective to isolate and purify the antimicrobial peptides with anti-toxoplasma gondii activity isolated from the haemlymph of musca domestica larvae.methods the antimicrobial peptides of musca domestica larvae were induced by infection and injury were isolated and purified by trituration,centrifugalization and column chromatography.then the antimicrobial peptides with anti-toxoplasma activity were sieved by mtt colorimetric method and haemacytometry.results it was found that two antimicrobial peptides had anti-toxoplasma activity through resource s cationic column chromatography and superdex g75 gel column chromatography.conclusion the two antimicrobial peptides with anti-toxoplasma activity existing in the haemlymph of musca domestica larvae had different anti-toxoplasma effect.

Guangdong college of pharmacy,guangzhou,guangdong 510006,china;henan university of traditional chinese medicine,zhengzhou,henan 450008,chinaabstract:objective to establish a method for the determination of the content of total alkaloid in nao mai tong recipe.methods acid dye colorimetry was used in the determination with bromocresol green buffer solution as the color developing agent with absorbance was determined at the detection wavelength of 417 nm.results the calibration curve of the absorbance was linear with the concentration of ligustrazine in the range of 0.031～0.153 mg/ml(r=0.9998).the average recovery of ligustrazine was 100.95％,rsd=1.75%.

Methods The primer design is referring to thearticleof Bulter. Over 120 samples provided by the laboratoryare detected to verify the concordant results between miniSTR andcommon STR. We construct the miniSTR multiplex system usingdomestic Taq DNA polymerase, and detect the results by ABI—310Genetic Analyzer. We have alsostudied the sensitivity, accuracy, species-specificity and different PCR outcome under each annealtemperature.

方法参照Bulter等对THO1、TPOX、CSF1PO三个基因座miniSTR的引物设计，选用本教研室提供的123例无血缘关系个体的血样，进行THO1、TPOX、CSF1PO三个基因座PCR-miniSTR银染检测，检测结果与商品化试剂盒的检测结果进行一致性检验；采用国产DNA聚合酶构建miniSTR荧光标记复合扩增体系，用美国ABI-310基因分析仪进行检测；对该荧光标记复合扩增体系的灵敏度、准确性、种属特异性、不同退火温度下复合扩增的效果、陈旧血痕DNA的检测等进行研究。

MATERIALS: One healthy male adult fresh Cadaveric pelvis was offered by the Department of Anatomy in Jilin University.

材料：健康成人男性新鲜尸体骨盆骨一具由吉林大学解剖教研室提供。

Twenty intact and well preserved cadaveric femoral samples were provided by the Department of Anatomy, Hebei North University.

实验对象：20例保存完好的人尸体股骨标本由河北北方学院解剖学教研室提供。
