The first part mainly introduces the background of this research and the practical significance of demonstration; The second part mainly introduces the gist of this research; The third part mainly introduces the study of the experiments of this teaching material in details; The fourth part mainly introduces the circs of the experiments carried out in senior high school; The fifth part mainly expatiates the experience and the countercharge.

第一部分主要介绍了课题研究背景和现实意义，第二部分主要介绍了研究的理论依据，第三部分介绍了对苏教版高中化学必修教材中"活动与探究"所涉实验的具体研究，第四部分详细介绍了对"活动与探究"所涉实验在中学的实际开设情况的研究，第五部分阐述了研究的体会与反思。

A simplified method was proposed to deal with the boundary condition at the turbine unit for transient calculation. This method is based on the statistical analysis of turbine hill chart and the Eular equation for water turbines. According to the Eular equation, the basic geometry parameters of the turbine, such as guide vane opening a, blade outlet angle β2, the relative blade width of outletb2, the relative height of wicket gateb0 and the relative turbine exit radiusr2 are obtained through curvilinear regression of the water turbine hill charts.

为解决目前水轮机过渡过程计算中确定水轮机边界条件时通常使用的外特性法和内特性法的不足之处，结合这2种方法的优点，提出一种在水轮机过渡过程计算中处理水轮机边界条件的方法，即根据综合特性曲线的数据，利用统计分析方法和水轮机基本理论公式，计算水轮机基于内特性解析方程的基本参教，如出流角α、转轮出口安放角β、转轮出口相对宽度b2、导叶相对高度b0、转轮出口相对半径r2，在特性曲线上的规律。

The paper introduces the Points of Knowledge Inaugurated on the contribution of 《Groundwork of ZiBenWei and Chinese Information Processing》,namely: the Definiens and Taxonomy of Information,and that of Intelligence, the Rationale on Chinese, the Principle of Memory Coordinated Bilingually in Cognitive Psychology, the Principle Restricted on the Formal Theory, the Principle on Logic with Bit-List Tool,the Universal Arithmetic and Measure for language and knowledge,the Producing Teaching cooperated with the training system as Man-Com-Net, the Integrative[1] Management (of knowledge, information and data).

本文介绍《字本位与中文信息处理的基础》[3]贡献的十个知识创新点，即：信息和智的本质定义及基本分类，汉语及中文的基本原理，认知心理学双语协同存储原理，形式理论的受限原理，序位逻辑原理及工具，语言和知识的通用算法和量具，生产式教学及协同智能训练体系，（产、学、研、教、用、算）一体化管理。
