The physical model of polarizing beam coupling and splitting system using altazimuth coude telescope is built up based on Mueller matrix and Stokes vector. The phenomena of the decreasing of the receiving efficiency are successfully explained by this model. Three dynamic phase compensation solutions are proposed: 1 Two quarter-wave plates are rotated to compensate the phase of the laser.

针对这个问题，建立了地平式折轴望远镜的共孔径偏振耦合分光模型，用Stokes矢量和Mueller矩阵分析了在望远镜旋转过程中激光偏振态的变化，数值模拟计算了望远镜处于不同方位角和天顶角时的偏振耦合分光效率，解释了实验中观察到的望远镜旋转导致偏振耦合分光效率退化的现象。

This study is about globalization to arise from mobility space. Taichung city become a megalopolis that is center. The city has ambition to become an international city. It needs to know, how to affront that spaces of ambulant city advance maneuver.

在面对城市规模巨大化下，城市运作的效率成为发展上的方向，而其中以亚洲城市由於人口及在全球化的催化下，於空间上发展的密度与使用上的效率更具有区域上的特色，故本研究试图在全球化下的流动空间的想法上，重新为已具有都会区人口规模的台中市，寻求一个城市目标朝向国际化发展的城市，应如何面对流动城市的发展策略。

The main works include: In this thesis, we use Finite Difference Time Domain method to study the relationship between diffraction efficiency, angular dispersion and grating constant, to discuss how the grating figure influence the diffraction efficiency, and to research the frequency spectrum characteristic.

As substitute for fluorite lens, a double-layer DOE is used in a long focal-length apochromatic objective lens.
