This paper tests the controlling efficiency of China's monetary tools on base money, and indicates that China's monetary tools' efficiency is low. Moreover, it relatively shows that the efficacy of interest rate of required reserve is higher than mirror image of foreign exchange reserve, which is higher than the efficiency of reloan and the required reserve ratio.

以1999年12月至2007年3月相关变量的月度数据为样本对交互影响和多元反馈条件下我国货币政策工具对基础货币的控制效率做检验，得出：样本区间内，我国货币政策工具的控制效率低，相对而言存款准备金利率作用效力相对较高，外汇占款次之，再贷款和法定准备金率效率低。

The results show that Sb addition can diminish the crystal grain, but the content of segregative phase at crystal boundary increases, and the current efficiency of material is low. Compared with Sb addition, Sn addition can also diminish the crystal grain, the current efficiency increases, the content of segregative phase at crystal boundary reduces, but diffusional corrosion of the anode surface is not uniform. The cooperation of Sb and Sn can prevent Si from segregating effectively and enhance the current efficiency obviously. At the same time, anode materials have preferable surface dissolution characteristics.

结果表明： Sb具有细化晶粒的作用，但晶界存在较多偏析相，电流效率偏低；与Sb相比较， Sn也具有细化晶粒的作用，电流效率有所提高，晶界偏析相较少，但阳极的表面腐蚀溶解不均匀； Sn和Sb的协同作用在于能有效地抑制Si的偏析，显著提高阳极的电流效率，使得阳极表面具有良好的腐蚀溶解性。

And the direction query efficiency based on multi-approximate index is compared with that based on taditional external approximation index. 2 The algorithms of nearest neighbor and reverse nearest neighbor about point, line and ploygen based on multi-approximate index are proposed after the virous methods of distance measure are discussed in detail. And the query efficiency of NN and RNN based on multi-approximate index is compared with that based on taditional external approximation index. 3 The basic concept of semi-join and the strategy of distance-direction semi-join are introduced. And the model of distance relationship, direction relationship and the bounding for spatial object are discussed. Then the method is presented about how to implement the query of distance-direction semi-join, and the efficiency of the algorithm based on multi-approximate index is compared with that based on taditional external approximation index.

It should be researched seriously whether the limitation period of adducing evidence can improve the efficiency of litigation.Sometimes it can improve the efficiency,others it may depress.

Accordingly, this paper evaluates intellectual capital from two periods. The first period is to evaluate value creation potential of intellectual capital; the aim is to see the dynamic change of intellectual capital quantity. The paper sums up static state quantity, combination efficiency and structural extent these three factors which influent on intellectual capital creation potential. Paper uses FA in the evaluation; the second period is to evaluate intellectual capital value using ability. The aim is to expose the using efficiency of intellectual capital. The research of this period is studied from internal enterprises and external ones. Internal factors come from enterprises bestir intellectual capital, external factors come from competition extent. On the base of theory analysis, the relationships which intellectual capital bestirs mode and competition extent do to intellectual capital value contribution come out. This period uses AHP to evaluate intellectual capital.
