This article firstly focused on the relationship of aerospace SPE and RAM fault model. Secondly anatomise the correlative theory of the dependability test for embedded system. Thirdly a new method to evaluat tolerant software was put forward: a software fault injector based on hardware interruption and designed a corresponding type of fault injector: SFIBH.

本文首先系统地研究了航天单粒子效应和RAM故障模型之间的关系，然后对嵌入式软件可靠性测试的相关理论进行了剖析，在此基础上，提出了基于硬件中断实现的软件故障注入这一新的容错软件测评方法，并设计出相应的故障注入器SFIBH，最后对星载SAR监控软件的容错设计及测试技术进行了深入讨论。

Simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the novel method is immune to broken rotor bar fault and thus more reliable than those presented previously.

本文通过对仿真结果的详尽分析，系统地概括出了笼型异步电动机发生转子断条与定子绕组匝间短路双重故障时的故障特征，明确揭示了二者之间的相互关系，为实现转子断条与定子绕组匝间短路双重故障联合检测提供了重要的理论依据。
