Chapter one ,it researches the Tibetan women's social history status and real living status, expatiates on the distinctiveness ,contrariety and incomplex of the Tibetan women's social history status. Chapter two, according to the researches on the female characters in the movies of Tibetan theme ,it indicates the Tibetan women's tight corner in the scene ,The women are conquered by the male rights ,civilized by others tribes and told about by the male utterance. They not only encounter losing truth but also experience absence. Chapter three, it analyzes some movies of Tibetan theme. Through some under different regions and cultural backgrounds ,it proves the female's encounters under the main ideology and the male's utterance.

第一章，是对藏族女性社会历史状况和现实生活状况的研究，阐释了藏族女性社会地位特殊性、矛盾性和复杂性；第二章，是对藏族题材电影中的女性形象的研究，表明藏族女性在镜像中的困境，她们被男权政治、异族文化和男性话语的言说，她们既遭遇失真又经历缺席；第三章，是对部分藏族题材电影的个案分析，透过不同地域和文化背景下的藏族题材电影，实证主流意识形态和男权话语下的女性遭遇。

On the exposition of this selected title, my basic thought is:In the first part, from the theme of "saving the nation from extinction" and "developing the society", I introduced the comprehensive social background such as the political environment, the economic condition, culture requirement and diplomatic pressure from Triple Entente, from which the modern Chinas intellectual property right produced.

在对该选题的阐述上，本文的基本思路是：第一部分，从近代中国社会"救亡"和"发展"的主题出发，通过对知识产权产生的政治环境、经济条件、文化要求和协约国的外交压力等的分析，全面介绍知识产权产生的综合社会背景。

Chapter 1 examines the titles of the Shan-rens, defines the particular meaning of Shan-ren in Ming Dynasty, analyses the social, political, economical and cultural reasons responsible for the creation of this special group, and explores the make-up of this group from various points and view.

第一章通过考辨山人称号，确定明代山人的特殊含义，分析明代山人生成的社会、政治、经济、文化原因，从多个角度论述山人群体的构成，并通过对各时期山人生成和构成的不同、活动内容的变化及社会影响力的大小，将明代山人的整体变动分为三个时期。

However, due to the large differences in economic development, social operation model, political system and cultural customs etc., there are many pecularities in China. We can see from the two following aspects: one is our the selection of pension institutions which possesses more character of "institutional dependency", and the determinative role of the evolvement of the pension structure on the choice of pension risk management mode can\'t directly be embodied, but the determinative role of the financial structure on overall the pension structure registers as the restriction of our financial system to the development of our private pension plans; the other one is that the magistral situation and product structure of traditional financial institutions, especially insurers, reflect our financial system is not quick to manage pension risk.

乌拉特后旗是祖国北部边疆的一个牧业旗。解放以来在中国共产党的领导下，政治、经济文化都有了一定发展。特别是十一届三中全会以来经济、科技、社会发展的成就更为显著。然而，按照党在新的历史时期提出的总任务和总目标的要求，根据十三大赵紫阳同志的报告中关于经济发展战略的要求，乌拉特后旗还必须动员全旗各条战线、各族人民努力奋斗，加快加深改革，完成本世纪末的奋斗目标。为了这一目标，该旗在战略指导思想上对旗情的分析研究上、具体的工作讨划上都有周密的安排，决心使该旗的经济、科技和社会有较大发展，为二十一世纪经济腾飞奠定牢固的基础。
