Mr. Jacques is Chairman of CERCLE FRANCO CHINOIS now. He is a famous and influence politician and economist in Europe, America, and Asia. He visited firstly China on 1956, he had visited China for 175 times until 2003. He have been doing a lot of contribution to promote exchange and cooperation of politic, economy and culture between France and China. He has strong and friendly relationship with government, NGO, and commerce circles in Great China. He is or has been also the leaders, or honor leaders of these organisations below
