With the development of economy, politics and culture in different legal regions, dissensions in the laws of civil and business have increased. As a result, the communication in the legal area has increased, too.

各法域之间由于经济、政治、文化等方面的发展，使得民商事法律纠纷越来越多，进而司法领域的交往也不断增加，这就必然要求各法域间要有系统司法协助制度。

If we want to let IP system impulse the developments of our business and economy, we should think more about our own IP strategy from the perspective of Economy, Law, Politics and Businesses. In a whole, our IP strategy should be based on "interests balance" considering economic globalization and long-lasting development. Our government and enterprises should enforce the strategy coordinately after thinking carefully about economic policies, business strategies, legislations, enforcements and so on.
