Here we present a case of 21 year-old male who suffered from recurrent swelling in left side of mandible which had received surgery for ossifying fibroma in another hospital when he was 19 years old. Obvious facial asymmetry was noted but no sensory dysfunctions were detected. The lesion showed well-demarcated, multilocular radiolucency but radiopacity centrally. We applied segmental resection via extra-oral approach and reconstructed with anterior iliac crest bone graft. After removal of MMF in six week, the wound healed well and joint function was good without malocclusion. After follow-up of one year, no recurrences were noted.

本病例为－21岁之男性，在19岁时因为左下颚骨角区肿大在某医院接受外科手术处理，术后病理报告为骨化纤维瘤，因为复发的肿胀而来本院寻求治疗，临床检查并无疼痛及下唇区感觉异常的问题，放射线影像为周界清晰，多腔室放射透过性合并中央放射不透过性之不规则小块，手术方式为从口外颚下切线，做下颚骨片段式切除，并以肠骨脊海绵骨移植修补骨缺损加以颚间固定六周，术后伤口恢复及愈合良好，颚骨关系稳定无咬合异常的情况，无张口受限的问题。

Methods : To study the therapeutic effect of Shubuhuo on 30 case of Hyperplasia of M- ammary Gland after three months,including the improving of clinical symptom and the size of adenoncus of the mammary gland.The Sex hormones of lood was evaluated by radioimmunoassay,including serum estrogen(E2)、progestogen、prolactin,T-cell tubgroup(CD3、CD4) was evaluated by flow cytometry,to find the diffence between pretherapy and post-treatment in luteal.

运用疏补活汤治疗30例乳腺增生病患者3个月(1个疗程)后，观察其临床疗效，包括治疗前后患者临床症状的改善以及乳腺近红外线扫描确定乳房肿块大小的变化；在治疗前后于患者黄体期用放射免疫测定法检测血清性激素水平的变化，包括雌二醇（estrogen，E2）、孕激素（progestogen，P）、泌乳素（prolactin，PRL），同时用流式细胞仪检测治疗前后细胞免疫功能（T细胞亚群CD3、CD4）的变化。

Methods:plasmatic neuropeptid y concentration was determined with radioimmunoassay in 38 schizophrenia patients and 20 normal controls.results: compared with normal controls, plasmatic neuropeptid y concentration in schizophrenia patients was significant decreased (t=9.49,p.01).there were significant difference in plasmatic neuropeptid y of patients before and after clozapine treatment (t=2.20,p.05).conclusions: the results suggest that there are abnormal metabolism in plasmatic neuropeptid y of schizophrenia patients .

采用放射免疫法测定38例精神分裂症患者及20例正常对照者的血浆神经肽y含量。结果：精神分裂症患者血浆神经肽y含量较对照组低，差异非常显著（t＝9.49，p.01）。精神分裂症患者经氯氮平治疗4周，患者症状好转后，其血浆神经肽 y含量较治疗前显著升高(t=2.20，p.05)。

Due to the TomoTherapy machine intrinsic characteristics, some mechanical items, such as the gantry, the couch angle, the collimator etc., do not need to be checked. Additionally, no electron beam verification is needed but the same beam effect can be formed from the different beamlets of the machine.

Objective To discuss the value of interventional radiology treatment for hugy pice of hepatic cancer.Methods Conventional TAI,TACE,PEI perfusion chemotherapy and multiple percutaneous transhepatic injection of anhydrous alcohol under guidance of CT were used for different cases together.The effect of therapy was observed and analyzed.

目的 探讨运用综合介入放射学方法治疗巨块型肝癌的临床疗效方法联合运用常规肝动脉灌注化疗术，肝动脉栓塞化疗术，CT定位经皮肝穿刺肿瘤内点注射无水酒精治疗巨块型肝癌，观察分析治疗效果。

Between 2001 and 2003, we report 3 patients diagnosed with giant cell tumor of spine treated with post-operative radiotherapy. Surgery consisted of subtotal resection of tumor. The involved vertebrae were then irradiated with doses ranging from 4500 to 6120 cGy. All patients tolerated the treatment well with no severe or chronic complications.

从2001至2003年我们共治疗三例脊椎巨细胞瘤病患，他们皆接受部份肿瘤切除，再针对受影响的脊椎进行术后放射线治疗，放射剂量为4500至6120cGy之间，三位病患都能承受整个治疗过程，并且无严重性的副作用。
