Appraised the clinical effect of the flavone of rhizome drynania on Senile Osteoporosis, according to the dynamic observation on integrative scores of lumbodorsal pain and lumbodynia,"VAS section grading method" on lumbodynia,"Barthel index rating method" on ADL, detected BMD on anterior-posterior position lumbar2~4 vertebra body and proximate of femur including neck/ward/troch, and determined the index of bone transition including BGP/PINP/ICTP through the radioimmunity method before and after treated half a year, then contrast intragroup and selfgroup. Depending on the standard of curative effect, contrast the difference of curative effect between two groups.

采用随机对照的方法，分为治疗组36例，对照组34例，依据对腰背痛及腰痛综合评分进行动态观察；依据&疼痛VAS线段分级法&对腰背痛（静止痛、翻身痛、久坐痛、起身痛、弯腰痛、步行痛、睡眠痛、叩击痛、压痛）进行量化动态观察；依据&Barthel指数评定法&对老年性骨质疏松症日常生活活动能力进行观察；采用双能X线骨密度仪对腰椎(L2-L4)、股骨近端各部位：股骨颈、股骨三角区、股骨粗隆进行骨密度定量检测；应用放射免疫法对骨转换指标进行测定，骨形成指标：骨钙素、Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端前肽；骨吸收指标：Ⅰ型胶原交联羧基末端肽等，评价骨碎补总黄酮治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床效果。

About 48%(90/194) were below 29 years of age. Ninety-nine of 194 cases had either radiotherapy alone or supplementary treatment with radiotherapy following surgery. We analyzed multiple prognostic factors. The factors of importance included postoperative radiotherapy; female in glioblastoma multiforme; the primary tumor dose above 5000 rads and/or whole brain irradiation in malignant astrocytoma and glioblastoma multiforme; the primary tumor dose above 4500 rads in ependymoma, medulloblastoma and oligodendroglioma; and spinal axis irradiation above 2000 rads in ependymoma and medulloblastoma that produced a better prognosis than in other groups.

Methods:plasmatic neuropeptid y concentration was determined with radioimmunoassay in 38 schizophrenia patients and 20 normal controls.results: compared with normal controls, plasmatic neuropeptid y concentration in schizophrenia patients was significant decreased (t=9.49,p.01).there were significant difference in plasmatic neuropeptid y of patients before and after clozapine treatment (t=2.20,p.05).conclusions: the results suggest that there are abnormal metabolism in plasmatic neuropeptid y of schizophrenia patients .

采用放射免疫法测定38例精神分裂症患者及20例正常对照者的血浆神经肽y含量。结果：精神分裂症患者血浆神经肽y含量较对照组低，差异非常显著（t＝9.49，p.01）。精神分裂症患者经氯氮平治疗4周，患者症状好转后，其血浆神经肽 y含量较治疗前显著升高(t=2.20，p.05)。

Methods Plasma thyroxine (T4, T3) and thyrotropic stimulating hormone concentration were measured in 78 patients with CKD (including before treatment, catabatic patients after treatment, uncatabatic patients after treatment for 8 days, then added small dose of L-thyroid hormone for 4-6 weeks) by radioimmunoassay.

对78例CKD患儿进行分期（入院治疗前，患儿达到完全缓解后，住院治疗8周确定患儿未缓解时口服小剂量L-甲状腺素片4~6周），于清晨采取其空腹静脉血2~3 mL，血标本均采用放射免疫分析法检测其总甲状腺素(T4)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、促甲状腺激素等指标，观察其变化。

objective to evaluate early signs of avascular necrosis of femoral head in adult by ct and to guide clinical treatment.methods the cases with suspicious diagnose of anfh were scaned in the both hip joints by x ray and ct to find the early signs of anfh with ct.results early signs of anfh using ct showed that, in 38 femoral heads 31 cases, there were radiate star shape of high density osteosclerosis of the trabeculae in 13 femoral head.twenty five femoral heads showed osteosclerosis and trabeculae structure disappearing and vague,incoordinately low ostedensity area and cyst change.there were fracture under the cartilage and light subsid in 5 cases.the cases in stage ⅰwere given decompression, while the pationtsresul in stageⅱand stageⅲ were given decompression and ostetransplant.conclusion ct results show that the sign of the high osteodensity and low osteodensity and cyst change can disply early anfh.

摘 要］目的：探讨成人股骨头缺血性坏死的早期ct征象并指导临床治疗。方法：对临床疑诊anfh的全部病例均行x线平片及ct检查，分析anfh的早期ct征象。结果：早期anfh的ct表现：31例38个股骨头，其中13个股骨头骨小梁呈放射状高密度的&星状征&，骨小梁境界清楚、锐利，属ⅰ期；25个股骨头表现为骨硬化，骨小梁结构消失、模糊不清，骨密度减低及囊性改变，属ⅱ期；并有5个股骨头在ⅱ期影像学改变基础上出现软骨下骨折及轻微塌陷，属ⅲ期。治疗结果：ⅰ期行钻孔髓内减压术，ⅱ、ⅲ期行钻孔减压植骨术。
