Methods: The study was designed to observe SS and influence of serum CD_4~+、CD_8~+、IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α, splenic lymphocyte transformation rate, the expression of SS、SSTR-2 in spinal cord、PAG、NRM and hypothalamus the coexistence of SS and enkephalinergic neuron in back corner of spinal cord, the coexistence of SS and 5-HT neuron in NRM by using methods of behavioral nociceptive threshold test, measure of foot's cubage, flowcytometry, MTT, radioimmunity, HPLC-ECD, immunohistochemistry, laser confocal microscope on FAC-induced hyperalgesia.

以弗氏完全佐剂诱发的炎症痛模型大鼠为研究对象，应用行为学痛阈观察、足跖容积测定、流式细胞检测法、MTT法、放射免疫法、高效液相电化学法、免疫组织化学技术法、激光共聚焦技术等方法，观察SS和电针对痛阈、大鼠CD_4~+、CD_8~+、IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α水平和脾淋巴细胞转化率等指标的影响，以及SS、SSTR-2在脊髓和PAG、NRM及下丘脑部位的表达、在脊髓SS与脑啡肽能神经元的共存现象及在NRM中与5-HT能神经元的共存情况。

METHODS: Adjuvant-induced arthritis rats were treated with acupuncture therapy, Chinese herb treatment or both in combination for one week, then the density of TMPH in heart, liver, kidney, and hind paw was determined by HPLC. The cAMP level in the heart and liver was also measured by radioimmunoassay. The blood changes were detected through the test of blood rheometer.

以佐剂性关节炎大鼠为模型，观察单纯针刺法、单纯药物法及针药结合法分别连续治疗一周后，用HPLC法测定各组大鼠心脏、肝脏、肾脏及病灶局部组织中盐酸川芎嗪的含量；用放射免疫法测定各组大鼠心脏、肝脏中cAMP水平；用血液流变仪测定各组大鼠的血液流变学变化。

At the endpoint, the thymus, spleen and uterus were weighed separately; the femoral dry weight, bone-calcium, phosphor, magnesium and hydroxyproline contents of femoral were measured; the histomorphological features of bone were observed and the biochemical indexes in serum (Ca, P, ALP, TRAP, E2, BGP) were determined after the mice were given SAR at the dose of 10, 30, 90 mgkg^(-1) respectively, and were compared with the model group, the normal control and the positive control. RESULTS: The osteoporosis of high turnover type was formed with feeding retinoic acid to experimental mice. Compared with the model group, the lessening of femoral dry weight, the short femoral transverse diameter, the decrease of bone mineral and bone-hydroxyproline of SAR groups were improved.

维A酸105mgkg^(-1致小鼠骨质疏松模型，SAR10、30、90mgkg^(-1灌胃给药，实验过程监测体重，2周后以比色法测定血清钙、磷含量和碱性磷酸酶、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶活性，竞争放射免疫法测定血清中骨钙素、雌二醇(s-E2)含量，处死动物后取脾、胸腺、子宫称重，取股骨进行骨组织形态学观察，测定并比较骨计量学和骨钙、骨磷、骨镁及骨弃脯氨酸含量。

objective to evaluate early signs of avascular necrosis of femoral head in adult by ct and to guide clinical treatment.methods the cases with suspicious diagnose of anfh were scaned in the both hip joints by x ray and ct to find the early signs of anfh with ct.results early signs of anfh using ct showed that, in 38 femoral heads 31 cases, there were radiate star shape of high density osteosclerosis of the trabeculae in 13 femoral head.twenty five femoral heads showed osteosclerosis and trabeculae structure disappearing and vague,incoordinately low ostedensity area and cyst change.there were fracture under the cartilage and light subsid in 5 cases.the cases in stage ⅰwere given decompression, while the pationtsresul in stageⅱand stageⅲ were given decompression and ostetransplant.conclusion ct results show that the sign of the high osteodensity and low osteodensity and cyst change can disply early anfh.

摘 要］目的：探讨成人股骨头缺血性坏死的早期ct征象并指导临床治疗。方法：对临床疑诊anfh的全部病例均行x线平片及ct检查，分析anfh的早期ct征象。结果：早期anfh的ct表现：31例38个股骨头，其中13个股骨头骨小梁呈放射状高密度的&星状征&，骨小梁境界清楚、锐利，属ⅰ期；25个股骨头表现为骨硬化，骨小梁结构消失、模糊不清，骨密度减低及囊性改变，属ⅱ期；并有5个股骨头在ⅱ期影像学改变基础上出现软骨下骨折及轻微塌陷，属ⅲ期。治疗结果：ⅰ期行钻孔髓内减压术，ⅱ、ⅲ期行钻孔减压植骨术。
