Considering the difference of the use of clustering algorithms caused by the diffference of data distribution, on the base of the analysis of Kmeans algorithm, fuzzy Cmeans algorithm and genetic algorithm, a new algorithm was brought forward based on the genetic algorithm and the improved neighbor function criterion. In view of the intrinsic connection of the special and the advantage of genetic algorithms wholesearch strategy, to a certian extent, this new algorithm solve the problem about the uncompact and irregular data distribution.

考虑到空间数据分布特性差异造成聚类算法采用的不同，在比较分析K均值算法、模糊均值算法和遗传算法的基础上，提出了改进的近邻函数准则，并有机整合形成遗传算法与改进近邻函数准则的新算法，综合了遗传算法的全局性概率搜索的优点，并考虑到空间数据内在的连接方式，在一定程度上较好地解决了数据的非致密非规则分布问题。

In this study, We used longer DD primers in combination with a two-step PCR protocol to overcome these two problems in term of modified methods of Martin and Pardee.K562 erythroleukemia cell differentiation induced by HEMIN or PMA for 36 hours was used as erythriod or megakaryocytic differentiation model in vitro.Total RNAs were extracted from induced and uninduced K562 cells and were applied to mRNA differential display analysis.

针对基于DP-MBE SAM的混叠浊音听觉场景分析系统存在的问题，提出了改进的基于DP-MBE SAM的混叠语音听觉场景分析系统，包括两部分内容，第一，针对DP-MBE SAM在实际的应用中存在的求解矩阵奇异引起的参数模糊及混叠信号谐波频率相同引起的参数模糊问题，借鉴多帧内插方法，提出了改进的DP-MBE SAM；第二，在基于DP-MBE SAM的混叠浊音听觉场景分析系统加入清音分离环节，将系统的应用从浊音推广到含有清浊音的语音信号。

First of all, this paper concludes the general research routine and procedures in wireless mesh networks and introduces related research methods and results of different procedures: firstly, it makes classification and comparison of the classic routing protocols in mobile ad hoc networks; secondly, it introduces several ways in which the classic ad hoc routing protocols can be modified to be used in the wireless mesh networks; thirdly, it makes detailed explanations of some typical routing protocols in each way above.
