As a result, the leather qualities, such as fineness of grain, softness, napping and evenness of dyeing can be improved.

The results show that: This tablet can decrease the rat"s footpad swell induced by Freud"s, inhibit the permeability of the blood capillary in inflammatory joint and decrease the 11-2 level in serum while increasing the rat"s body weight,(2) It can lower the rat"s temperature and the permeability of the blood capillary in inflammatory joint induced by collagen and inhibit the delayed type hypersensitivity,It can lower the stickiness of full blood and the accumulation of erythrocyte obviously inblood stasis model rats,lt can inhibit the formation of hemolysin and decrease the index of carbon granule clearance in mice, It can lower the permeability of celiac blood capillary and inhibit the granulomatous hyperplasia by sc cotton ,It can inhibit the pain induced by acetic acid and raise the pain threshold value of heat stimulation.

结果表明：关络通片能明显降低佐剂性关节炎大鼠左右足趾肿胀度，降低大鼠炎症关节的通透性，抑制其IL-2含量，对大鼠体重增长缓慢有一定的改善作用；能改善Ⅱ型胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠的表征指标及炎症关节的通透性，对其迟发型超敏反应有一定的抑制作用；对血瘀模型大鼠，能显著性降低其全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积；能抑制小鼠的溶血素抗体生成，抑制小鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬能力，具有一定的抑制机体免疫功能的作用，能抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高，抑制大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生，具有一定的抗炎作用；能抑制小鼠醋酸扭体反应、提高小鼠热板痛阈值，具有一定的镇痛作用。

结果表明：在浏阳烟区随着海拔高度的增加，单位面积烟叶的产量有着明显的增加，烟叶质量也有一定程度的改善；在海拔400—900m的地方进行烟叶生产，有利于延长烟株大田生育期，有效缓解浏阳烟区7、8月份的高温逼熟现象，有利于烟株的生长发育，为养好烟株的耐熟性打下良好的基础、促进各部位烟叶成熟度的提高；同时可以有效的促进烟株各部位橘黄烟叶比例的上升，对上部烟叶的开片也有着明显的促进作用，烟叶身份特别是上部烟叶的身份得到明显的改善，各部位烟叶组织结构更加疏松，烟叶色泽更加鲜亮；上部烟叶烟碱含量在一定程度上有所降低，各部位烟叶还原糖、钾含量有着不同程度的增加烟叶香气特征更加明显；香气量有一定程度的增加，吸位更加醇和、余味舒适；同时也有利于减少烟叶的农药残留量，提高烟叶的安全性。

The reconstruction problem is ill-posed, so two optimal criterions, the least module and the smoothness criterion base on Tikhonov regularization technique, are introduced into reconstruction algorithm. Many regularization parameters choice strategies are investigated, and the TPA(Two—Parameter Algorithm) strategy which is based on the Morozov discrepancy principles, is implemented in two regularization reconstruction algorithms.Numerical experiment results show that the nonnegative and smoothness constraint condition can overcome the difficulty of iteration semiconvergent, preconditioned technique can improve convergence rate and reconstruction accuracy, smoothness regularization criterion can meliorate ill-posed problem of reconstruction and enhance iteration stability, and the TPA is an effective strategy of regularization parameters choice.

数值试验表明：在共轭梯度法中引入非负约束和光滑约束改善了迭代的"半收敛"性，非负约束保证了解的非负性，光滑约束抑制了重建解的振荡现象，约束算法的重建精度与无约束算法相比大幅度提高；在约束共轭梯度重建算法中引入预优技术，可以加快算法的收敛速度，提高迭代的稳定性和重建精度；引入光滑准则的正则化技术可以有效改善图像重建问题的不适定性，加快迭代的收敛速度，提高迭代的稳定性和图像重建质量，计算正则参数的TPA算法在闪光照相图像重建中是有效的。

Orthogonal experiment under special condition showed that modifier M has marked effect on properties of no bake sand. Other factors such as modifier B,phosphate concentration and aluminum hydroxide have some impact on properties of binder. It can be found by experiments that strengths of no bake sand are raised notably by binder that modified by modifier B. Modifier B can reduce the strength of no bake sand at high room temperature apart from condition of low room temperature that it can accelerate the reaction and strengthen the sand. Modest content of modifier M in binder has some improvement to anti-wettability of sand. But modifier B has not such notable effect. Electronic microscope shows that near cracks in no bake product there are fibrous shape substances formed when the samples are moistured in high humidity air for sometime.

通过改性剂B对粘结剂自硬砂的性能影响试验发现，改性剂B能显著提高粘结剂自硬砂的强度，在0℃左右很低的环境温度下改性剂M有利于提高自硬砂的反应速度和砂型强度外，但在较高环境温度下，改性剂M均降低粘结剂自硬砂的强度，但是适量的改性剂M有利于改善自硬砂的抗吸湿性，而改性剂B对于改善自硬砂的抗吸湿性的作用不如改性剂M明显，电镜观察发现抗吸湿性较好的自硬砂在高湿度下存放一定时间后，在粘结膜裂纹处会形成一种绒毛状物质，该物质对裂纹具有愈合作用，这种绒毛状物质中具有改性剂M中的某种成分，且含量很高，由此说明改性剂M对提高抗吸湿性有利。

本文比较分析了Duoshake使用前后纸张匀度、抗张强度、伸长率、纵横差、两面差等性能指标，探讨了Duoshake对纸张性能的影响，得到以下结论：(1)Duoshake的使用可以有效改善纸张的匀度，尤其是对定量在170g/m~2以上的纸张，改善幅度可达到10%～20%；(2)可以减小纸张的纵横差，提高纸张的物理强度；(3)增大了纸张的两面差，尤其是低定量的纸张，两面差增幅达到7%～15%。

The results of our numerical simulation show that the numerical method applied in our paper is practical, the calculation results match the actual situation properly; the digital images from numerical simulation possess a positive significance in understanding and improving the heat flow distribution of the meat dry kiln. The proposed method provides a feasible approach to analyze and improve the flow field of meat dry kiln with numerical simulation.
