Furthermore data assimilation experiments are conducted with MM5 Adjoint-model Assimilation System made by adjoint codes. With a case of heavy rainfall taking place from 00h July 23 to 00h July 24,2002, several numerical simulation experiments of different schemes are performed. The results are as follows. MM5 Adjoint-model Assimilation System not only can improve the initial field effectively and promote the coordination with the model but also can enhance the forecast on the precipitation and other elements. The assimilation of CDW has an improvement on quality of upper wind. The effect of direct numerical simulation with utilizing the CDW to amend the initial field gains the advantage over the one not.

结果表明，MM5伴随模式同化系统能有效改善初始场与模式的协调能力，提高模式对于降水场和其它要素场的预报；使用云导风资料修正初始场后直接模拟的效果比未使用时直接模拟的效果要好，对部分区域的强降水预报精度有一定程度的改善；使用伴随模式同化系统后，加入云导风资料的同化试验对其它要素的改善与直接同化常规资料的效果相比，改善优势不明显，但从各要素的误差来看，对于风场的改善最好。

The result indicated that ZXTMN group excelled the western medicine in the aspects of ameliorating symptom and hemodynamics, adjusting sugar and lipid metabolism, and reducing urine albumin and pltaelet adhesiveness and aggreagtion. The mechanism, which ZXTMN prescription could protect renal function, probably was (1) decreasing the level of sugar and glycosylated ferrohemoglobin;(2) decreasing AR activity of erythrocyte, improving SDH activity of erythrocyte, reducing accumulation of sorbitol in the erythrocyte, thus ameliorating the polyol metabolism;(3) accommodating lipid metabolism;(4) ameliorating coagulation, gathering, thick and mucosity of patient blood.

结果表明，止消通脉宁治疗组明显优于西药对照组，在改善症状，调整糖、脂代谢，减少尿白蛋白，改善血流变，降低血小板粘附和聚集等方面具有显著的疗效，分析其治疗早期DN的机制可能有以下几个方面：（1）降低血糖和糖化血红蛋白；（2）降低DN患者红细胞AR活性、提高SDH活性、减少红细胞内山梨醇积聚从而改善多元醇代谢；（3）调节脂质代谢；（4）改善DN患者血液凝、聚、浓、粘状态，抑制血小板的粘附聚集，从而改善肾脏微循环，保护肾功能。

Results the thermal spring water can improve the pruritus and sting of these patients obviously in compare with erythromycin crem, and erythromycin crem is better than the thermal spring water in the improvement of erythema, and there are superimposed effect in the improvement of sting with the thermal spring water.

结果：和红霉素软膏相比，活肤泉水能显著改善瘙痒和刺灼感。红霉素软膏在改善皮损红斑方面具有明显效果，在改善刺灼感方面和活肤泉水表现出一定的叠加效应。

Results In the group of 67 cases treated with high ligation by laparoscopy,the scrotum discomfort of left scrotum was lightened obviously after operation of 2～4 days in 60 cases,the expanding varicosity vein disappeared or was postponed obviously.In the last cases,5 cases had obvious improvement after operation of 10 days and 2 cases felt light scrotum discomfort after operation of 3 months.

结果 腹腔镜下高位结扎精索静脉组67例中，60例术后2～4天内左侧阴囊坠痛感明显改善，阴囊内曲张的精索静脉明显减缓或消失，5例在术后10天内上述症状明显改善，2例患者上述症状轻度改善，术后随访3个月左侧阴囊仍有轻度坠痛感；本组中有22例不育症患者在术后复查精液常规，精子数及活动率均明显改善。

In the group of 115 cases treated with high ligation by retroperitoneal approach,the scrotum discomfort of left scrotum was lightened obviously after operation of 2～4 days in 67 cases,the expanding varicosity vein disappeared or was postponed obviously.

Results: Clozapine can significantly improve BPRS score, while risperidone can significantly improve factor scores of Anergia, thought disturbance, hostil-suspiciousness during 15 week treatment. Scores of side effect have significant difference between two groups, with risperridone group lower than clozapine group.

结果：治疗15周末氯氮平组显著改善迟滞、活动过、敌对猜疑因子分，利培酮组显著改善BPRS评分，对于认知功能，氯氮平可改善言语流利性，而其余各项均无显著性差异，两组之间不良反应的发生率有显著性差异，利培酮组明显低于氯氮平组。

For confirmation of this ancient legend and found out the sexual improvement compounds the testosterone and NO in serum of mice were measured,the weight of sexual organs of mices was detected and the sex behaviour of mice was observed.The testosterone and NO concentration in serum of mice as indicator for screening some improving sexual compounds from Chinese chives was builted.1、The preliminary experiment of Chinese chives confirm sexual improvement functionThe sexual improvement function experiments of Chinese chives comparing with herba epimedii,herba cynomorii and radices morindae which were acknowledged as chinese herbals having sexual improvement function were carried out.The result was showed that the Chinese chives was confirmed having sexual improvement function,though its efficacy was less than herba epimedii,herba cynomorii and radices morindae.

为了证实古代医学认为韭菜的壮阳功能，揭示韭菜起温肾壮阳作用的化学物质基础，开发其功能性物质成分，本实验首先应用韭菜酒精初提液对小鼠睾酮、NO含量、性器官、性行为等指标的测定，验证韭菜是否具有改善性功能作用，然后以小鼠睾酮、NO含量等为指标对韭菜中的壮阳物质进行逐步分离和改善性功能作用筛选，以鉴定出几种改善性功能的物质。1、韭菜改善性功能的验证将韭菜与淫羊藿、琐阳、巴戟天三种有温肾补养功能的中草药进行比较，发现韭菜改善性功能作用不如淫羊藿、琐阳、巴戟天壮阳中草药的效果明显，但是韭菜还是具有显著的改善性功能作用的(P＜0.001)。

Results: The clinical study showed that Tang zhouning had good therapeutic efficacy in DPN, could effectively improne the clinical symptoms, descend the blood glucose and blood lipid, improve blood rheology and sensive index of insulin,improve the neural conduction.

结果：临床观察发现，糖周宁方不仅可有效地改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的症状体征，而且具有显著降糖、降脂、改善血液流变学、改善胰岛素抵抗、增加胰岛素敏感性、改善神经传导功能等作用，疗效明显优于糖脉康对照组(P.01)。

At last, the result of real test is that the height of curl reduces averagely to 54.6% and Cpk increases from 0.94 to 1.36. The NG ppm drops off apparently before improvement from 11053.02ppm to 1267.37ppm and it doesn't'' result any other side effect of quality under relative process inspection. 最后，实际验证的结果得到翘曲改善达 54.6%，而制程能力指标Cpk由0.94提升至1.36，不良ppm已由改善前11053.02ppm大幅下降至1267.37ppm，且相关制程检验中均无产生其它品质副作用，改善效益预估分析节约台币1127.8万元生产的内部失败成本，证明此次个案研究能够有效改善偏光板连续机制程翘曲品质。

In order to make these silver paste successfully used in commercial, a clear understanding is required for the complex relation between different parameters such as particles size, solid volume fraction, packing density on suspension printing and deformation and the mechanism of silver powder sintering shrinkage and the inorganic adhesive effect under the batch manufacture condition.The main emphasis of our researches was to improve the silver paste properties by developing a reliable, screen-printing paste suitable for fine lines and lower sintering porosity and good interface between thick film and glass substrate.
