In order to resolve the problems of the enterprise information integration platform, such as the lacks of reconfiguration and transplantability that cant adapt to the development and change of business, the deficiencies in integrating the heterogeneous information resources, this paper expands the management ideology of ERP, which is based on the thorough research on the enterprise management theory, and combined with the analysis on the process of enterprise manufacture and business. Proposes the advanced enterprise management schema which is on the basis of the integration and conformity between BPR and ERP, adopts the method of Dynamic Enterprise Model, and supports the BPCI(Business Process Continuous Improvement).

为了解决企业信息集成平台普遍存在的适应企业业务变迁的可重构性和可移植性差和集成异质信息资源等方面的能力不足的问题，本文在对先进的企业管理理念进行了深入研究的基础上，结合对企业生产经营活动的分析，对企业资源计划的管理思想进行了扩展和延伸，提出了在将业务流程再造与ERP进行整合的基础上，采用动态企业模型的方法，支持业务过程持续改善的企业管理模式。

Each test will take notes of duration of usage, times for mistake taken and subjective fulfillment, and analyze by SPSS. The research found:（1）In the experiment of stapling papers with different thickness, sample 1 and 3 perform better for the subjects with lower muscle strength. With the same result as experts' tests, Sample 1 and 3 are much suitable for more user groups.（2）in the experiment of filling, sample 3 and 4 are easier and more effective for people with lower muscle strength. The results were concert with experts' test, and it also made fewer mistakes. The staplers which are designed in Universal Design principles still can be improved in filling.

研究发现：(1)在装订纸张堆叠厚度实验中，样本一与样本三在针对肌力的弱势族群比样本二与样本四有较佳的表现，与「专家检测」的结果一致，显示样本一与样本三的机构设计适用於较广泛的使用族群；(2)在订书针装填实验中，样本三与样本四针对肌力的弱势族群比样本一与样本二的完成度更高，结果与「专家检测」的结果一致，其失误率较低，显示经通用设计改良之订书机在订书针装填机构设计上仍有改善的空间。

A detailed three-dimensional solid model of the piston is established by means of Ansys 11.0 Workbench Environment, which is issued in March 2007. Using the third thermal boundary conditions, analysis of the three-dimensional piston, including temperature, displacement and thermal stress field are performed by means of thermal-structural coupling. Structural optimization is also accomplished and a new piston has been designed, which performance is getting improved.
