Results: By using SMI for 2 weeks, patientsleft ventricular ejective fractioncould be increased from 29.5±9.0 to 36.6±10.2 (P＜0.05), the heart function of 68.75%patients was improved, no side effects or toxicity was observed. Potassium magnesium aspartate could improve heart function in 37.50%patients only but with no effect on LVEF.

结果：应用参麦注射液2周后，左室射血分数由29.5±9.0升至36.6±10.2(P＜0.05)，68.75%的患者心功能改善，未发现明显毒副作用；门冬氨酸钾镁可使37.50%的患者心功能改善，但左室射血分数无明显变化。

Influences of basic component (fiber, redispersable emulsoid powder, water-retentive admixture, expansive admixture, mixture and cement-to-sand ratio )of Dry-mixed Mortar on essential performance of mortar have firstly been summarized. The results show that :(1) After fiber is mixed into Dry-mixed Mortar , toughness ,crack resistance and unpermeability of mortar will be improved; Influence of different length mixed fiber on toughness of mortar precedes single-length fiber, but influence on crack resistance of mortar is the same.

该文首先研究了干拌砂浆的基本组分：纤维、可再分散乳胶粉、保水剂、膨胀剂、掺合料以及灰砂比对砂浆的基本性能的影响，结果表明：(1)在干拌砂浆中加入短切纤维，可以使砂浆的韧性得到改善，提高砂浆的抗裂性、抗渗性；不同长度的纤维进行混杂后对砂浆韧性的提高比单一长度纤维具有更好的效果，但对砂浆抗渗性的改善效果与单一长度纤维差别不大。

In the redispersable powders, WACER powder is excellent. When fine percentage of redispersable emulsoid powder is 1, toughness, adhesive performance of mortar have improved.(3) When MC was mixed into mortar, water-retentive performance, toughness, adhesive performance of mortar have improved and 28d dry shrinkage of mortar has reduced.(4) When AEA was mixed into mortar, dry shrinkage of mortar reduced and infiltration resistance has improved.(5) When cement-to-sand ratio is 1:2.5 , toughness of mortar is perfect.
