AIM: To establish an animal model of cholesterol stone and to explore the effects of cholecystokinin on gallbladder muscle stripes of guinea pigs with cholesterol stone in vitro as well as to investigate the role of biliary kinetics in cholesterol stone formation.

摘要目的：建立胆固醇结石实验动物模型，探讨胆囊收缩素(cholecystokinin， CCK)对胆固醇结石豚鼠离体胆囊肌条收缩的影响，并研究胆道动力因素在胆固醇结石形成中的作用。

In fundic strips, ghrelin and GHRP-6 could decrease the on-response induced relaxation and increase off-response induced contraction of the muscle, with the effect of Ghrelin obviously stronger than that of GHRP-6.L-NNA could increase the effects of Ghrelin and GHRP-6-induced muscle contraction, and L-AA could decrease their effects.

The off-contractions were also cholinergically mediated as they disappeared under non-adrenergic,non-cholinergic conditions using atropine and guanethidine.In fundic strips,ghrelin and GHRP-6 induced on-relaxation and off-contraction and both ghrelin and GHRP-6 may significantly reduced on-response and increased off-response.

在行走过程中，随着负荷等级的增加，竖脊肌收缩力增大，其AEMG值也相应增大；左手提与右手提对腰部两观察肌肉的激活程度具有同等效果；上楼时腰部竖脊肌、多裂肌的激活强度显著大于平地和下楼时的激活强度，而平地与下楼之间不存在差异。
