Results AQP1 is expressed at the apical and basolateral membrane of the microvascular endothelium; AQP3 was detected at basal cells of both the bronchiole epithelium and submucosal gland acinus; AQP4 is present in the basolateral membrane of columnar cells in bronchiole; while AQP5 is expressed in the apical membrane of type Ⅰ pneumocytes, and also at the apical of columnar cells of superficial epithelium and submucosal gland acinar cells.

结果本研究发现AQPs基因在羊肺中的表达分布与人相似，AQP1在肺内的毛细血管内皮细胞表达；AQP3在小支气管黏膜上皮的基底细胞的基侧膜表达，AQP4存在于小支气管黏膜上皮的柱状纤毛细胞的基侧膜；AQP5存在于Ⅰ型肺泡上皮细胞的顶质膜，存在于小支气管黏膜上皮柱状纤毛细胞，以及在气道黏膜下腺的腺细胞的顶质膜表达。

Results: The numbers of Bombesin positive pulmonary cells, the lamina propria S-l00 protein, neuron-specific enolase positive nerve fibers, IgE positive cells, mast cells and IgE positive mast cells significantly increased in bronchiectasis. The changes of pulmonary endocrine cells, nerve fibers and IgE positive cells were more significantly in hyperplastic BALT areas. The S-100 and NSE were found in lymphoid tissue and BALT. A close contact was found between mast cells and the S-100 positive nerve fibers. An IgE positive outer zone was found on MC surface. Mast cells and IgE positive cells were seen in the bronchial epithelium and alveolar septa.

结果：支气管扩张症中，支气管上皮蛙皮素阳性细胞、固有膜S-100蛋白和神经特异性烯醇化酶阳性神经纤维、IgE阳性细胞、MC和IgE阳性MC均显著增多，且在支气管相关淋巴组织增生的区域上述肺内分泌细胞、神经纤维和IgE阳性细胞增多尤为显著，S-100蛋白和NSE阳性神经纤维分布於弥散淋巴组织和BALT中，MC与S-100蛋白阳性神经纤维紧密接触，MC表面有IgE阳性环状带，MC和IgE阳性细胞出现在支气管上皮间和肺泡壁。

概要： 隐源性机化性肺炎是一类以临床病理命名的间质性肺炎，COP是1985年Epler等[1]提出的病理表现为肺泡内、肺泡管、呼吸性细支气管及终末细支气管腔内有肉芽组织形成的独立病种，又称特发性闭塞性细支气管炎伴机化性肺炎，近20年来报道逐渐增多，易和肺部感染、结核、肿瘤、结节病、其他间质性肺疾病等混淆，现将我院2007年至2008年收治的支气管镜肺活检获得病理证实的8例病例分析如下。

结果 42例咯血患儿中，气管、支气管炎引起的咯血18例(43%)，特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症7例(17%)，支气管内膜、肺结核4例(10%)，心、肺血管畸形及支气管扩张症分别为3例(各占7%)，消化道重复畸形、肿瘤所致的咯血在儿童也可见到。

①将40只大鼠随机等分为正常组、模型组、解扎组、治疗组，以体外直肠不全结扎法造模，以动态浊度法检测各组大鼠血浆内毒素水平，放射免疫分析法检测各组血清TNF-α含量；②大鼠处死后，取左肺进行支气管肺泡灌洗，以TBA法测定支气管肺泡灌洗液中丙二醛含量、白蛋白含量及肺表面活性物质水平；③在红细胞计数盘上作BALF中肺泡巨噬细胞活力计数，计数兰染的细胞数，求出死亡百分率；在光镜下计数BALF沉渣200个细胞，计算中性粒细胞所占百分比。

Fiberoptic brochoscope is a useful instrument to diagnose lung cancer. Bronchial lavages using fiberoptic bronchoscope could not only improve the diagnosis of lung cancer, but also cost little. In addition, bronchial lavages, called"fluid biopsy", is helpful to diagnose primary of secondary carcinoma locating in respiratory tract, including peripheral lung cancer, bronchioalveolar carcinoma, pulmonary metastatic carcinoma and lymphoma.
