Pathologic results: The bronchioles showed obvious chronic inflammatory process of bronchioles including thickened wall, narrowed lumen, goblet cell proliferation, emphraxis in bronchiole, interstitial fibrosis and developed emphysema in stable model of COPD.

病理结果示：稳定模型组各级支气管慢性炎症明显，管壁增厚、管腔狭窄、杯状细胞增生，细支气管管腔闭塞较多，肺间质纤维化明显，肺气肿形成，小动脉管壁增厚明显。

Methods Forty-four EBTB patients weredivided into an experiment group and a control group. All the patients of the two groups were treated with generalchemotherapy, the patients of experiment group accepted endobronehial decimeter wave therapy at the same time. Thepurulent secretion or caseous necrosis of the diseased region was drawn-off from the bronchi lumina by bronchoseope,then the antenna of the decimeter wave irradiator was inserted into the diseased region through the biopsy pore to per-form the radiation.

共选取44例狭窄型支气管内膜结核患者，将其随机分为治疗组及对照组。2组均给予常规抗结核药物治疗，治疗组患者同时介人纤支镜分米波治疗，将纤支镜插入病灶支气管内，充分吸出病灶支气管管腔内脓性分泌物或干酪样坏死物后，经纤支镜活检孔插入分米波天线，并将天线尖端插入病灶内实施分米波辐射。

Purpose: to evaluate the therapeutic effects and complications of self-expandable metalic stents in the treatment of malignant tracheobrochial stenosis.

目的：观察和评价Gianturco气管支气管自扩金属支架治疗气管支气管恶性狭窄的疗效及并发症。

Results The bronchi stricture can be seen at lobar bronchus or segmental bronchus and the bronchial walls were thickened. No mass and opposite "S" sign can be found in all the cases. Among them,centripetal stricture can be found in 6 cases, and eccentric stricture in 11 cases. Bronchi stricture with obstructive atelectasis in 12 cases. In which "Air bronchogram" can be found in 9 cases. Bronchi stricture with pleural effusion in 8 cases. With intrabronchial polypoid shadows in 5 cases. With active pulmonary TB in 9 cases.

结果：17例均有肺叶或肺段支气管起始部和/或分支部不同程度狭窄及管壁增厚，无肿块及反S征；其中，向心狭窄6例，偏心狭窄11例；狭窄伴肺叶或肺段不张12例，其中不张或实变区可见充气支气管征9例，占75%；伴胸腔积液8例；伴管腔内息肉样软组织影5例；伴肺内结核9例。
