Ping chuan-fang prescription is carefully composed accordingly. The clinical investigation shows that PCHF can not only alleviate symptoms and physical sign of the patients effectively, but also shorten the course of disease and obviously can not only alleviate symptoms and physical sign of the patients effectively, but also shorten the course of disease and obviously improve the pulmonary function of the patient. The animal experiment showed that PCHF can prolong the asthmatic time and low the concentration of WBC, EOS, IL-4, ET-1 in the blood and BALF. It can restrain the collection of EOS in the lung and relieve the inflammation caused by EOS. It also can cut down the secretion of the respiratory air-way and relieve the obstruction of it.

动物实验表明：平喘方能明显延长卵蛋白造模大鼠的引喘潜伏期，且与氨茶碱对照有非常显著性差异(P＜0.01)；能降低哮喘模型大鼠血浆及肺泡灌洗液中白细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞及IL-4、ET-1的含量；能抑制肺局部EOS的聚集，明显减轻由EOS浸润引起的慢性变应性炎症反应；能减少气道分泌物，减轻细支气管及小血管管壁的增厚，减轻周围组织的水肿，从而减轻气道的阻塞，最终改善肺通气，缓解喘息症状。

FXG can reduce the content of inflammatory factor TNF-αand immunological factor IgE in the serum of bronchial asthma children in catabasis, restrain the collection of EOS in bronchi and lung, restrain the inflammation in air-way and alleviate air-way straitness;improve the level of serum IgA、IgG、IgM and CD3、CD8,enhancing the immune functiong of bronchial asthma children.

结果：防哮颗粒的总有效率为93.33%，在减轻患儿主要症状、体征，减少感冒次数、咳喘天数，改善肺循环方面优于两对照组；在改善肺功能方面与普米克都保的疗效无差别，而明显优于固本咳喘片(P.01)；并能降低哮喘缓解期儿童血清中炎性因子TNF-α、免疫因子IgE的含量，抑制支气管和肺脏局部EOS聚集，抑制气道变应性反应，减轻气道狭窄；提高IgA、IgG、IgM水平及CD3、CD8含量，增强患儿免疫力。

Abstract］ objective to study the effect of 654-2 on the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children.methods 204 patients were chose and randomly divided into treatment group 654-2 plus conventional therapy） and control group,each group with 102 cases,then the effect of the two groups were compared.results the treatment group's time of pyretolysis,disappearance of asthma and pulmonary rales,x line inspection recover to normal,average days of hospitalization and other indexes were all significantly better than the control groupp.01）.conclusion 654-2 has a very significant effect on the treatment of bronchial pneumonia.
