支气管哮喘

Bronchoalveolar lavage and wright staining analysis showed that thetotal number of the all inflammatory cells in asthma model group andthe normal control were (36.2±4.6)×10~6/ml and (9.5±1.6)×10~6/ml.There was significant difference between the two groups (p＜0.01).Meanwhile, the number of acidophilic cell, macrophage andmacrophage were also increased in asthma model group rather thanneutrophilic granulocyte.

支气管肺泡灌洗和细胞记数显示，哮喘模型组支气管肺泡灌洗液细胞总数为(36.2±4.6)×10~6／ml，与正常对照组(9.5±1.6)×10~6／ml，相比显著增加(p＜0.01)，同时嗜酸性细胞、巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞增加明显，而中性粒细胞变化不明显。

The experimental study shows that the FXG can reduce the content of inflammatory factor IL-4 in the serum of bronchial asthma mice in catabasis, and EOS count in the peripheral blood of it, restrain the collection of EOS in bronchi and lung, alleviate air-way tracheospasm and have evident differences compared with ketotifen group.

实验研究结果显示：防哮颗粒能降低哮喘缓解期模型大鼠血清中炎性因子IL-4的含量，明显改善哮喘模型大鼠外周血中EOS计数的异常升高。能抑制支气管和肺脏局部EOS聚集，减轻气道炎性损伤，轻模型大鼠肺组织的病理改变。

The result showed that there was no expression in the normal control group and an apparent expression of ERK1/2 and Elk in the asthma group. A rather dense expressing of ERK1/2 was at bronchiole and mucous membrane, sub mucous membrane, smooth muscle, cytoplasm and nuclei of the out layer of the smooth muscle cell and an expression of positive fiber at submucous membrane.
