Lots of factors,such as the virus infection, the acarid and dust in the room, the blackbeetle, the tobacco smoke, the air pollution, the chemical stimulation and the like , can trigger bronchial asthma. The contamination of suspending particulates with the diameter less than 2.5 micron in the atmosphere is the main reason that makes mortality ascend,for the contamination can aggravate the hypersusceptibility which embitter more and more people .

With the help of Axioplan 2 imaging system, we quantified the change of expression of ICAM-1, MUC5AC, goblet cell and NF-κB. Analyze the results by SAS method. Results (1) Grouped by index of lung function, the expression of ICAM-1 at the level of gene and protein had increased significantly in the epithelial cells of patients with COPD, compared with group of normal lung function.
