Summary Background: It has been shown that patients with allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis and patients with severe asthma with fungal sensitization can benefit from antifungal therapy.

背景：研究显示，抗真菌治疗可使变应性支气管肺曲霉菌病和真菌致敏性严重哮喘患者临床获益。

Results In our group,there are 55 cases (91.7%) of bronchopulmonary carcinoma had been diagnosed by radiology,5 cases (8.3%) had been diagnosed as chronic inflammatory,tuberculoma and other diseases.

结果：本组病例影像学诊断55例为支气管肺癌，诊断正确率91.7%，5例误诊为慢性肺炎、结核球或其他疾病，误诊率为8.3%。

OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of prolonged 75% oxygen exposure on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and its receptors (VEGFR1 and VEGFR2) in the neonatal rat lungs and to elucidate the effects of prolonged exposure of high concentration of oxygen on lung vascular development and its relationship with bronchopulmonary dysplasia.

OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of hyperoxia exposure on high mobility group protein-B1 (HMGB1) expression in neonatal mice and the role of HMGB1 in the pathogenesis of bronchopulmonary dysplasia. METHODS: C57BL/6 mice were randomly exposed to 60% O2 or air 1 day after birth.
