Patchy ground-glass attenuation with thickening of bronchovascular markings were the main findings in high resolusion computed tomography of all three cases.Small areas of consolidation in two cases and traction bronchiectasis in one were found while there was no honeycombing.

胸部高分辨CT均以片状磨玻璃样变为主要表现，伴有支气管血管纹理增厚，2例有小片状实变影，1例有牵引性支气管扩张，未见蜂窝样变。

PaO2/FiO2 of both patients was less than 225 mm Hg.In both patients, high-resolution computed tomography scans at the exacerbation showed typical signs of IPF including peripheral predominant, basal predominant reticular abnormality, with honeycombing and traction bronchiectasis and bronchiolectasis,and newly developing alveolar opacity.

Result 1、The effect of acupoint external application on the bronchial pathological structure and airway inflammation score of passive smoking rat The result showed:in model group,we conld see tracheal and bronchial mucosa bronchial exuviated,struction arranged in disorder,cilia lodged,even exfoliated in various degree,the exudate of airway cavity increased,alveolar wall capillary congested,bronchial wall seed a large amount of inflammatory cells,such as macrophage、lymphocyte、neutrophil,etc.

研究结果 1、穴位敷贴对被动吸烟大鼠肺组织结构及炎症病理评分的影响结果显示，模型组气管、支气管黏膜上皮脱落，结构排列紊乱，纤毛倒伏，甚至有不同程度的脱落，气道腔内渗出物增多，周围肺泡壁毛细血管充血，支气管壁见大量巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞为主的炎性细胞侵润等现像。

Methods Choose 38 cases of patients with RRTI as study group,respiratory ciliated cells were collected by bronchial fiberscope in acute stage and convalescence stage respectively,observe the change of cilia structure by electron microscopy and compare the incidence of cilia cylindrical epithelium structure abnormality.

选择符合儿童RRTI诊断标准的患儿38例作为研究对象，分别于急性期及恢复期在纤维支气管镜下夹取支气管黏膜组织，电镜下观察纤毛上皮结构的特点并比较纤毛异常的发病率，探讨RRTI患儿治疗后纤毛的恢复情况。

Methods: Twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:① the control group(group C, n=8): received sternotomy only and no ischemia;② the ischemia/reperfusion group(group I/R, n=8): the left lungs of rabbits were rendered ischemia by ligating the left pulmonary hili for 60 minutes followed by 60 minutes reperfusion;③ the edaravone group(group E, n=8): the left lungs were rendered ischemia for 60 minutes followed by 60 minutes reperfusion, and 10 mg/kg edaravone was administered intravenously 5 minutes prior to ischemia. Blood MDA and SOD were measured. Protein concentrations, WBC count, and PMN percentage in broncho-alveolar lavage fluid were determined. Samples of left lung tissue were sent for determining the left lung dry-to-wet weight ratio and evaluating the pathologic changes.

采用兔肺原位热缺血再灌注损伤模型进行研究。24只大白兔随机分为三组：①对照组(C组， n=8)，开胸后不阻断肺门，静脉缓慢推注生理盐水5ml/kg；②缺血再灌注组(I/R组， n=8)，左肺接受60min的缺血，然后接受60min再灌注，于缺血前5min静脉缓慢推注生理盐水5ml/kg；③依达拉奉干预组(E组， n=8)，于缺血前5min静脉缓慢推注依达拉奉10mg/kg（5ml/kg），左肺接受60min的缺血，然后接受60min再灌注。120min实验结束时，留取各组动物血液标本，测定血浆丙二醛含量及超氧化物歧化酶活性；收集支气管肺泡灌洗液，检测支气管肺泡灌洗液中白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比及肺通透性指数；留取肺组织标本，测定肺组织湿、干重量，计算干／湿重比及行肺组织病理检查。
