In this report, we analyzed the cellular and noncellular findings of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in 18 cases with IPF, 12 patients with Sar and 9 healthy volunteers as conirols, using immunohistochemicat staining, we also have estimted collagen typeⅠ and type Ⅲ semiquantitatively in transbronchial lung biopsy specimens from 25 patients with IPF and 10 normal lung tissue. The aim of this investigation is to select the criteria for evaluating the disease actiity.

本文对18例IPF、12例Sar和9例正常对照者的支气管肺泡灌洗液中细胞成份和非细胞成份进行了检测和分析，同时对10例正常肺和25例IPF患者经支气管肺活检的肺组织标本，应用免疫组化方法、半定量剂检测其中Ⅰ型胶原和Ⅲ型胶原的含量结合临床治疗效果，对有助于疾病活动性判断的指标进行了筛选和进一步的评价。

The superficial blood vessels and the interlobular blood vessels were mutual transitional, and the anastomosing between the superficial blood vessels with the subpleural vessels. According to the branching sequence of the subpleural arteriole, it could be divided into the arteriole, terminal arteriole, precapillary arteriole and capillary in turn. The subpleural capillary networks were mainly web-like, while small holes were also found on the cast. The honeycomb vascular networks were various in size and form at a low magnification. The outline of alveolus, alveolar sac, alveolar duct and respiratory bronchiole and terminal bronchiole, made of microvascular networks, could be found in the cut surface.
