The present study explored the effects of morphine on plasticity of spinal cord in three parts as follows: 1. the effects of morphine on dorsal root terminal in spinal lamina Ⅱ of spared root rat---- a quantitative study by FRAP histochemistry; 2. the effects of morpnine on synaptic reinnervation in spinal lamine Ⅱ of spared root rat----an EM quantitative study and 3. the effects of morphine on collateral sprouting of nerve fiber in spared root of rat----an EM quantitative study

本课题从三个方面探讨了吗啡对脊髓可塑性的影响：1、吗啡对备用根大鼠脊髓Ⅱ板层背根终末的影响——抗氟化物酸性磷酸酶组化定量研究；2、吗啡对备用根大鼠脊髓Ⅱ板层突触重建的影响——电镜定量研究；3、吗啡对大鼠备用根神经纤维侧支出芽的影响——电镜定量研究。

The results indicated that:(1) plant height and tillering number decreased, and root length, root surface area, root volume and rootlet number increased under drought stress; straw mulched on surface soil and pig manure mixed in soil could improve the growth and morphological property of rice root, while straw mixed in soil and pig manure mulching had no significant effects;(2) the contents of chlorophylls and the activities of SOD, POD and CAT decreased significantly under drought stress, and straw mulching on surface soil and pig manure mixed in soil could restrain these decreases.

结果表明：①干旱胁迫下水稻株高降低、分蘖数减少，根系则表现出主根伸长、支根增多、根表面积和根体积增加；秸秆表施和猪粪混施可明显改善水稻的生长和根系形态，而秸秆混施和猪粪表施的改善作用不显著；②干旱胁迫下叶片叶绿素含量显著降低，超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶及过氧化氢酶活性均显著下降，秸秆表施和猪粪混施能够在一定程度上抑制这种下降幅度。

Especially, the number of type Ⅰ complex terminals which come from unmyelinated afferent fibers recovered to the level of unoperated side. It indicates that morphine may promote the collateral sprouting and synaptic reinnervation of primary afferent fiber, unmyelinated afferent in particular. 4. Although the collateral sprouting and synaptic reinnervation were shown also in spinal cord of operated side in 34 days spared root rats, they were slower than that of morphine spared root group.

The epineurial vessels run along the nerves length and gave off branches, distributing along nerve bundle, to enter into endoneurium. The endoneurium contained only capillaries. Arteriolovenular anastomoses were few in trigeminal nerve root. The distribution of microvessels in trigeminal nerve root was uneven. The number of microvessels in the medial portion was less than that of the distant.

Results Fascicles and certain amount (207) of motor fibers from the anterior division of C7 were distributed to musculocutaneous nerve and median nerve, the orientation of these fibers were not clear. The ones (323) from posterior division were to the axillary, radial, and dorsal thoracic nerves, thus the orientation of these fascicles was relatively definite.

结果 大鼠C7神经根前股发出一定数量的运动纤维到肌皮神经、正中神经，总量约207根，但在C7前股定位不明确；后股发出相应的运动纤维束支到桡神经、腋神经与胸背神经，总量约323根，这些束支在C7后股的定位较明确。C7神经根所支配的范围很广，其中以C7后股发出的胸背神经束支支配的背阔肌占比例最大（运动纤维含量＞50%）。

Results The crosssectional area and the number of nerve fiber were (2.46 ± 1.03) mm2 and 1 305 ± 239 for the profundus nervi ulnaris,(2.62 ± 1.75) mm2 and 1 634 ± 343 for the recurrent branch of median nerve,(1.60 ± 1.39) mm2 and 1 201 ± 235 for the superficial branch of ulnar nerve, and (2.19 ± 0.89) mm2 and 1 362 ± 162 for the comman digital nerve of the ring finger.

结果 尺神经深支横截面积为（2.46 ±1.03） mm2，纤维计数（1 305 ± 239）根；正中神经返支横截面积（2.62 ± 1.75）mm2，纤维计数（1 634 ± 343）根；尺神经浅支横截面积为（1.60 ± 1.39）mm2，纤维计数（1 201 ± 235）根；正中神经中环指指总神经横截面积为（2.19 ± 0.89）mm2，纤维计数（1 362 ± 162）根。

Methods The number of synaptic terminals in the unit area of neuropil of L4 spinal lamina Ⅱ was compared between morphine dependent and control rats,because there was no significant change in the crosscut area of L-4 spinal lamina Ⅱ of two groups of animal,which was estimated by aid of LM stereological method.
