Methods 18 cases with traumatic dislocation of the peroneal tendons were operated in our institute from 1986 to 2000. The mechanism of injury and clinical findings were investigated. 2 cases with acute dislocation were operated by suturing the peroneal retinaculum directly. 16 cases with recurrent dislocation were treated with Watson - Jones operation.

分析研究了1986 年至2000 年在我所进行手术治疗的18 例创伤性腓骨肌腱脱位病例的损伤机制及临床表现。2 例急性脱位病例采用直接缝合腓骨肌腱上支持带手术，16 例复发性脱位病例采用Watson - Jones 手术。

DSA shows that there is similar vascular numbers to Garden typing; however, DSA directly reflects blood supply of femoral head and determines therapeutic effect and prognosis of femoral neck fracture according to numbers of residual retinaculum vessels.

高选择血管造影显示血管的多少与Garden分型基本一致，但它能直观地了解股骨头的血供情况，可以根据残存支持带血管的多少来判断各型股骨颈骨折治疗后的效果及预后。

ResultsAfter the first injection,the excellent and good results was obtained in 78% of the patients and after second treatment, the excellent and good results reached 9 8%.ConclusionFor the treatment of this condition,the points of injection should be selected a t the junction between dorsal part and f acies ventralis of wrist in slight flexi on,just at the middle of retinaculum and 2mm towards facies ventralis from above the point.

结果：一次封闭治疗后痊愈39例，占785；两次封闭后痊愈49例，治愈率为98％，结论：封闭治疗桡骨茎突性腿鞘炎时，可常规选用两点注射；一是腕关节轻度内收时，在腕关节的背侧面与腹侧面的交界处，支持带中间；第二点是在第一个注射点处水平向背侧移动2mm。

Results: Anterior talofibular ligament on axial plane, calcaneo fibular ligament on coronal and oblique axial planes, posterior talofibular ligament on all of four planes, cervical ligament on coronal and sagittal planes, interosseous talocalcaneal ligament on coronal, sagittal and oblique axial planes, lateral bundle of inferior extensor retinaculum on coronal and sagittal planes, medial and intermediate bundle on coronal planes, can be most clearly observed.

结果：距腓前韧带在轴位，跟腓韧带在冠状位和斜轴位，距腓后韧带在四个方位，颈韧带在冠状位和矢状位，距跟骨间韧带在冠状位、矢状位和斜轴位，伸肌下支持带浅束在冠状位和矢状位，中束和深束在冠状位，能清楚观察各韧带的形态和毗邻关系。

Identify the inferior edge of the vastus medialis and bluntly dissect it off the periosteum and intermuscular septum for a distance of 10 cm proximal to the adductor tubercle. Identify the tendinous insertion of the muscle on the medial patellar retinaculum Fig.

将股内侧肌向前方牵起，在关节囊上作L形切口，先从内侧经髌内侧支持带上股肌附着点，再沿髌骨内线向下。

C. Lift the astus medialis muscle anteriorly and perform an L-shaped arthrotomy beginning medially through the astus insertion on the medial patellar retinaculum and carrying it along the medial edge of the patella.

将股内侧肌向前方牵起，在关节囊上作L形切口，先从内侧经髌内侧支持带上股肌附着点，再沿髌骨内线向下。

These include fluid within the tendon sheath, fluid withinthe medial or lateral bursae, sinus tarsi syndrome, periostitisat the insertion of the flexor retinaculum on the tibia, hindfootvalgus, subtalar and talonavicular malalignment, and accessorynavicular bone.

这些包括腱鞘内、内外侧滑膜内水分滞留，跗骨窦综合症、屈肌支持带的胫骨侧附着处骨膜炎、后足外翻、距下关节和距舟关节排列不整及副舟骨。
