Results Intra-articular hemorrhage was observed in 1 patient and intra-osseous hemorrhage in 7 patients. The injury of retinacular arteries and reduction of blood supply were found in each case. In the presence of hip traction, blood flow of retinacular arteries reduced markedly. Few branches and little femoral head blood perfusion were observed in all of retinacular arteries, while hip joint was internally rotated with the sick leg straightened in the patients.

Combined these two examination could help us diagnosing cartilage abnormalities more accurately. 3. We succeeded in acquiring different degree articular degeneration through lateral retinacular overlap suture combined with medial retinacular release and ACL amputation combined with medial meniscus resectomy.

The sinkable chemicals spilled at sea always ended in sediment, so the design of decision-making support system for sinkable chemicals spilled shipboard have academic and applied sense.Based on the analysis for the environmental harm caused by the transportation shipboard of chemicals and research on related ordain in the international common and intestine law , the paper analysis the impelling need of establishing related respond system for contaminative accident.
