操作误差

Acetone-berberine quantitative method is recorded in J.P. X., but this method is complex, difficult and not accurate. In U.V. spectrophotometry determination, the absorbance of berberine will be disturbed by palmatine and other color constituents in these drug extracts. So we modified and used the T.L.C. scanning method and found that it is an accurate, prompt and useful method.

小蘗之定量法有日本药局方记载之Aoetone-Berberine重量法，，唯此法繁杂且误差大，如以分光光度法测定时，除小蘗成分外，尚会受到Palmatine等其他色素之影响，结果并不准确，故本次研完改用薄层层析斑点扫描法，发现其操作迅速、精确度亦高，极为适用。
