This course will discuss the psychological effects of audio and visuals from the cultural, sociological and aesthetic viewpoints. The course will mainly focus on the following: discussing film music, sound effects, and practices of Montage based on the movie plot; expressing the concepts and understanding the various prospects of the sonance by analyzing the classic films and the sound effects.

本课程以文化、社会学及美学的角度初步探讨影像与声音结合的心理效应，主要课题从电影的内容背景著手，谈影片中的典范音乐、音效的效果、意念与音响的蒙太奇手法；藉由解析经典作品及其配乐音效，阐述影片所要呈现的意涵，以了解电影声响表现的多元性面向。
