撤销...的登记

If the association of undertakings organise undertakings of the branch to reach monopoly agreement in violation of this law, the antimonopoly execution authorities shall impose a fine below 500,000 Yuan; and if the circumstances are serious, the social organization register administrative department shall dissolve the register.

行业协会违反本法规定，组织本行业的经营者达成垄断协议的，反垄断执法机构可以处五十万元以下的罚款；情节严重的，社会团体登记管理机关可以依法撤销登记。

Note 1 - An application to deregister a registered retailer also means an application to de-register all registered retail outlets of that retailer.

注意事项 1 附注附注1 -申请将登记零售商的登记撤销，亦等同於申请将该零售商名下所有登记零售店的登记撤销。

Where a trade association organizes the business operators in its own industry to reach a monopoly agreement in violation of this Law, the Anti-monopoly Law Enforcement Agency may impose a fine of less than 500,000 yuan; where the circumstances are serious, the social group registration authority may deregister the trade association.

行业协会违反本法规定，组织本行业的经营者达成垄断协议的，反垄断执法机构可以处五十万元以下的罚款；情节严重的，社会团体登记管理机关可以依法撤销登记。

Article 90 Where an importer of import goods or an exporter of export goods, a Customs clearing agent or its staff bribes or is occupation qualification and concurrently impose a fine; whoever constitutes a crime shall be investigated for criminal liability according to law and shall not be re registered to be a Customs clearing agent or reacquire a declaration qualification certificate.

第九十条进出口货物收发货人、报关企业、报关人员向海关工作人员行贿的，由海关撤销其报关注册登记，取消其报关从业资格，并处以罚款；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任，并不得重新注册登记为报关企业和取得报关从业资格证书。

Article 24 For one of the following offenses, the governing authorities or patent administrations of the provinces, autonomous regions or municipalities directly under the Central Government may serve a warning to the offending patent agency; in cases of serious offense, CAP may punish it by ordering its close:(1) concealing facts in application;(2) changing major registration items by itself;(3) accepting and handling patent commission services unauthorizedly or beyond the approved business scope; and (4) other illegal activities.

第四章 罚则 Chapter 4 Punishment 第二十四条专利代理机构有下列情形之一的，其上级主管部门或者省，自治区，直辖市专利管理机关，可以给予警告处罚；情节严重的，由中国专利局给予撤销机构处罚：申请审批时隐瞒真实情况，弄虚作假的；擅自改变主要登记事项的；未经审查批准，或者超越批准专利代理业务范围，擅自接受委托，承办专利代理业务的；从事其他非法业务活动的。

Article 17 Where a foundation revokes its branches or representative offices, it shall handle write-off registration for them at the administrative department of registration.

第十七条基金会撤销其分支机构、代表机构的，应当向登记管理机关办理分支机构、代表机构的注销登记。

The decision revoking the patent right shall be registered and announced by the Patent Office.

撤销专利权的决定，由专利局登记和公告。

Article 89 Where a Customs clearing agent or its staff engaging in declaration declares on behalf of others illegally or conducts its declaration operation that exceeds its business scope, Customs may order it to correct, impose a fine on it or suspend it from operating; if the circumstance is serious, Customs may revoke its declaration registration or its occupation qualification for declaration.

第八十九条报关企业，报关人员非法代理他人报关或者超出其业务范围进行报关活动的，由海关责令改正，处以罚款，暂停其执业；情节严重的，撤销其报关注册登记、取消其报关从业资格。

Where a person had been sentenced to a punishment of putting under surveillance, taking into custody or set term of imprisonment, and it has not exceeded five years from the date of completing the implementation of his term of imprisonment, or a person is sentenced to a punishment of depriving of political rights due to commitment of a crime and is in the execution period, or has ever been sentenced to a punishment of depriving of political rights, or has assumed the post of a general director, vice-general-director or secretary of the foundation whose registration was revoked due to violation of laws, and has personal liability for the illegal acts of the foundation, and the time from the date of revocation of the foundation does not exceed five years, he shall not assume the post of a general director, vice-general director, or secretary.

因犯罪被判处管制、拘役或者有期徒刑，刑期执行完毕之日起未逾5年的，因犯罪被判处剥夺政治权利正在执行期间或者曾经被判处剥夺政治权利的，以及曾在因违法被撤销登记的基金会担任理事长、副理事长或者秘书长，且对该基金会的违法行为负有个人责任，自该基金会被撤销之日起未逾5年的，不得担任基金会的理事长、副理事长或者秘书长。
