This paper analyzes the factors that affect the performance of silicon oil fan clutch and the key configuration.A kind of silicon oil fan clutch has been developed,performance and experimental data of silicon oil fan clutch are summarized through bench testing.The test results show that the optimized clutch can make a response to temperature and has less consumption of power.

硅油风扇离合器不仅可以减少发动机有效功率的损耗，改善发动机的经济性，提高发动机寿命，而且能有效的降低发动机噪声，具有广阔的应用前景[1]。1结构及工作原理硅油风扇离合器是用硅油作介质，利用硅油高粘度的特性来传递转矩，其结构如图1所示，当发动机负荷增加时，水温升高，从散热器吹来的热空气使双金属感温片受热而扭转变形，带动阀销一起转动并通过感温片变形量的大小控制进油阀开度。
