The design was optimized for maximum signal intensity by simulation and experiments. The size of focal spot in the micro-channel capillary was optimized. Fluorescence signal was enhanced 2～3 times when increasing the diameter of focal spot from 10μm to 50μm (full of the inner wall of capillary), through which the sensitivity and signal-noise ratio were also improved. A technique of using refractive matching liquid was presented. The fluorescence signals were boosted up and the signal collection efficiency was also meliorated when using this method.

通过理论分析和实验优化本系统的设计：优化聚焦于微通道中的激发光斑大小，增大聚焦到毛细管内径中的激发光斑尺寸，使光斑尺寸由最小的10μm增大到50μm，光电倍增管接收到的荧光信号提高了2-3倍，从而提高系统的信噪比和灵敏度；提出在聚焦物镜处加折射率匹配液的方法，加匹配液后的荧光信号得到了增强，因而提高了荧光收集效率和灵敏度。

Results: in contrast with model group, SSM can (1) increase the survival rate of ARF in rats, cut down Scr and BUN at 24hr, improve renal function, slightly surpass Vp in its therapeutic effect;(2) mitigate the extent of renal pathologicchanges, decrease the numbers of renal tubule necroses and casts;(3) protect renal ultrastructure such as microvilli, mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum of TEC, podocytic process of glomerulus epithelial cell,endothelial cell etc, better than Vp;(4) enhance SOD activity, lower MDA contents in renal cortex;(5) enhance NO contents in serum, reduce ET levels in plasma;(6) evidently cut down TNF- a contents in serum, superior to Vp;(7) antagonize calcium overload in TEC;(8) alleviate renal pathological changes in ARF metaphase (at 3d), advance regeneration and recovery of TEC, restore renal structure in ARF convalescence (at 5d), and better than Vp;(9) increase the expression of TEC PCNA and prepro EGFmRNA in ARF metaphase.

结果：与模型组相比，SSM能(1)提高ARF大鼠的存活率，降低24hr时Scr及BUN，改善肾功能，其疗效略优于维拉帕米；(2)减轻ARF肾脏病变程度，减少24hr肾小管坏死数及管腔内管型数；(3)对肾脏的超微结构如肾小管上皮细胞微绒毛、线粒体、内质网、肾小球上皮细胞足突、内皮细胞等形态结构均有一定的保护作用，其疗效略优于维拉帕米；(4)提高肾皮质SOD活性，降低MDA含量；(5)提高血清NO水平，同时降低血浆ET含量；(6)显著降低血清TNF-α的水平，疗效明显优于维拉帕米；(7)拮抗小管上皮细胞[Ca~(2+)]_i的升高；(8)使ARF中期(第3d时)肾组织病变较同期其它两组明显减轻，并使肾小管细胞再生修复提前，至ARF恢复期(第5d时)肾组织结构恢复重建良好；作用明显优于维拉帕米；(9)促进ARF中期肾小管上皮细胞PCNA的表达及EGF前体mRNA的合成，从而增加EGF的合成释放，而维拉帕米无此作用。

Test results show 1 the fatigue strength of peened joints under overloading, in spite of lower than the fatigue strength of the non-overloading peened joints, is still greatly higher than the fatigue strength of as-welded joints; 2 In the range of lower stress level and longer life, ultrasonic peening method exhibit better results than TIG dressing; 3 Fatigue strength of the welded joints with defects (such as undercut at the weld toe) can also be improved greatly after peening treatment.

结果表明，超声冲击处理过的焊接接头经过载后疲劳性能有所下降，但与原始焊态相比提高疲劳强度、延长疲劳寿命的效果仍然十分显著；在低中应力水平、中长寿命区域，使用超声冲击法提高焊接接头疲劳强度比TIG熔修法效果更好；超声冲击处理后，含咬边等缺陷的焊接接头，疲劳强度同样有较大的提高。

Thinking over to the survey and connecting with remands of the course standard to the pupils'speaking communicative abilities, the author bring up some speaking teaching to improve the pupils'Chinese speaking communicative abilities. As teachers, we must renew our own speaking teaching ideas stepping out from the thinking, role and studying wrong areas; we should improve our own language qualities and make solid foundation; we should explore the ways to improve the Chinese speaking communicative teaching results. 对调查情况进行反思，结合课程标准对小学生口语交际能力要求，提出了提高该地区小学语文口语交际教学水平的对策：教师要更新口语交际教学理念，走出认识误区、角色误区和科研误区；教师要提高自身语言素质，夯实口语教学底蕴；积极探索提高口语交际教学效果的途径和方法，如重视教材中的听说训练课，充分利用课堂这一特定形式，在各个环节中充分发挥教师的主导作用，努力实现双向互动，把口语交际能力训练同常规的阅读教学、作文教学紧密结合，口语训练要与课外阅读相结合，加强语言和知识积累，精心创设情境，激发兴趣，在日常生活中锻炼和培养学生的口语交际能力，要及时评价反馈，保证课时；探索科学的评价方案，建立完整科学的评价体系；建立口语交际教学资料库。

The results shoed that after spraying 1 and 5 mgL^(-1) of anthraquinones, the photosynthetic rate raised by 38.03% and 39.73%, chlorophyll content increased by 3.53% and 3.83%, and MDA content decreased by 11% and 23%, respectively. The anthraquinones could absorb solar UV radiation, and convert the harmful UV into blue or yellow light which can promote plant photosynthesis. It as suggested that foliar-spraying appropriate concentrations of aloe's anthraquinones could promote wheat photosynthetic activity, alleviate UV harm, and thus, increase wheat yield.

The results demonstrate that,(1) The average genetic value of the sires of bottom-up scheme are higher than that of conventional progeny-test by 10%, the bulls that enter progeny-test by 55%, and the cows by 6%.
