Microwave-assisted extraction was applied for polysaccharide extraction from Morus alba L.. Factors and levels were optimized by single factor test. Box-Behnken design was used to 3-factors and 3-levels test. The optimal process conditions were obtained by regression analysis of response surface methodology.

利用微波辅助技术进行桑叶多糖提取，通过单因素实验确定因素与水平，应用Box-Behnken设计3因素3水平的试验，依据回归分析确定最优的提取工艺条件。

On the basis of the previous results and according to the central composite experimental design principles,the method of response surface method with 3 factors and 3 levels was adopted.then the factors influencing the technological parameters were determined by means of regression analysis.response surface and contour were finally graphed with the extraction rate as the response value.resultsthe optimum conditions of lycium barbarum polysaccharides extraction were as follows:the ratio of material to solvent of 1∶32,extraction temperature of 84℃ and extraction time of 2.3 h,one time extraction.conclusionthe yield of lycium barbarum polysaccharides is 11.10% under the optimum conditions.

方法在单因素实验基础上选取实验因素与水平，根据中心组合（box-benhnken）实验设计原理采用3因素水平的响应面分析法，依据回归分析确定各工艺条件的影响因子，以多糖提取率为响应值作响应面和等高线。结果在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后，得出枸杞多糖水浸提的最佳工艺条件为：料液比1∶32；浸提温度84℃；浸提时间2.3h；浸提1次。结论在最佳工艺条件下，枸杞多糖的实际提取率可达11.10%。

Gabor-ring is often used in texture feature extraction, but it is based on the assumption that texture is narrowband signal and can not applied to most actual textured images that have more than one center frequency in power spectrum. To overcome the limitation of existing method, an improved method is proposed. According to this method, Gabor filters are constructed in accordance with the spectrum feature vector of texture, and a relaxation parameter is used to determine the effect of difference filters so as to integrate the frequencies and phases into the process of extraction.

Gabor环（即在频率域成环形分布的Gabor滤波器组）常被用于提取图像纹理特征，但它是以"纹理是窄带信号"为基础的，实际的纹理图像并不能很好地满足"窄带信号"的假设，用一个中心频率来描述一种纹理对能量集中在多个频率点的纹理图像往往不能取得理想的效果，而根据频谱特征值向量构造Gabor环的改进方法，通过松弛因子的加入改变不同滤波器的作用强度，综合考虑了多频率多相位对纹理特征提取的影响。

本研究在前人方法的基础上对快速提取棉花组织总RNA 的方法进行了探讨。利用改进的CTAB 异硫氰酸胍裂解缓冲液，获得的RNA完整性好，无 DNA 污染，含量高，每克鲜组织能提取015mg 总RNA ， OD260/ OD280比值均在117～210之间。

本文应用数字图像处理方法对莱州地区的ETM遥感影像数据进行处理，取得了较好的效果，提取出了矿化蚀变信息并增强了线环影像特征，已探明的金矿床均处于线环构造交汇、交切以及环形构造边缘部位；借助于遥感地学信息分析方法，从遥感影像中提取成矿有利的线环构造，并利用中国地大开发的矿产资源评价分析系统MORPAS软件对线性构造定量化，获取了大量与金矿化有关的定量信息。
