In chapter 2 we propose a linear equality constraint optimization question , the new algorithm is combined with the new conjugate gradient method(HS-DY conjugate gradient method)and Rosen"s gradient projection method , and has proven it"s convergence under the Wolfe line search.In chapter 3 we have combined a descent algorithm of constraint question with Rosen"s gradient projection, and proposed a linear equality constraint optimization question"s new algorithm, and proposed a combining algorithm about this algorithm, then we have proven their convergence under the Wolfe line search, and has performed the numerical experimentation.

通过对当前较为成熟的几种配电网线损计算方法的深入研究，分析和比较了这些方法的不同特点，并针对传统均方根电流法的不足，提出了对配电变压器铜损的改进计算方法；提出利用等效容量的概念来解决小电源问题，使得在配电网理论线损计算中对小电源的处理变得简便易行；在配电网理论线损计算的程序实现上，引入了基于队列的设计方法，不仅极大地提高了计算效率，而且可以得到任意节点的线损数据，方便了线损计算和管理。

To solve QoS-constrained routing problem and the problem of balancing network load, an algorithm based on tabu search is proposed, which has a better ability of balancing the cost of the multicast tree and the network load; upon this algorithm, a new algorithm based on degree-constrained and load-balance is proposed, which has a nicer integrative performance on equipoise the cost of multicast tree and the load of links and nodes.

2针对网络负载均衡的QoS问题，提出基于禁忌搜索的负载均衡QoS组播路由算法，算法能平衡组播树代价和网络链路负载均衡状况；在此基础上提出了基于度约束和负载均衡的QoS组播路由算法，算法在满足QoS约束的基础上，均衡了组播树代价、网络链路负载和节点负载三者之间的关系，综合性能良好。

On the aspect of functional testing, this paper represents the concept of functional testing and focuses on the functional test suite design. Based on the in-depth study of GSM-R network E-interface services and considering the completeness and redundancy of the test suite, equivalence class method is used to design the test suite, and then an analysis of its inadequate is conducted and a new design method is proposed .The two methods are compared and a suggestion on how to design a GSM-R network interoperability test suite is given.
