A theoretical computation equation for determining air way reliability during mine fire is put forward. The failure mode of air way during mine fire is analyzed. A disjoint minimal path set algorithm based on network simplification technology and truncation error theory for computing the reliability of large scale ventilation network during mine fire is put forward.

提出了矿井火灾时期风路可靠度的理论计算式，分析了矿井火灾时期风路失效模式，提出了适合计算大型通风系统在火灾时期可靠度的"基于截断误差理论和网络简化技术的不交化最小路集算法"。

Firstly, according to the difficulties in the optimization of chemical engineering and the intrinsic disadvantage of deterministic optimization algorithms, this work analyzed the importance and advantage of stochastic algorithms, and proposed some important aspects in research on them. Secondly, genetic algorithm was applied to two problems of data driven modeling, one of which was combination problem, the other was mixed integer nonlinear programming. Thirdly, systemic investigations were made on the basic structure, dynamic behavior and modifications of particle swarm optimization. Lastly, two kinds of proposed PSO algorithms were applied on calculation of phase equilibrium, which is nonconvex optimization.

本文首先根据化工优化中存在的困难和确定性优化算法内在的缺点，分析了随机优化算法的重要性，并提出研究随机优化算法应注意的问题；其次，将遗传算法应用于两个数据驱动建模问题，一为组合优化问题，一为混合整数优化问题；再次，从粒子群优化算法的基本结构、运动行为、改进方法做了系统的研究：最后，将提出的两种改进粒子群优化算法应用于相平衡计算问题，为非凸全局优化问题。

In the dissertation, a new quadratic architecture 2FBA was proposed. To minimize the area, we developed a deterministic array optimization algorithm. It, like simulated annealing algorithms, has the property of climbing out of local optimums.

Then the diesis constructs a simple macro game model to capture the interactions of two countries deciding to form a monetary union.

Finally the terminal rule of Genetic Algorithms has been proposed and the implementation of random number maker has been presented. Developed a genetic algorithms based system identification technique. Using this technique globally optimized models for linear and nonlinear system can be identified without the need of a differentiable cost function or linearly separable parameters.

然后提出了一种基于遗传算法的模型降阶方法，可一致地应用到连续系统和离散系统的模型降阶；最后提出了一种基于遗传算法的多目标通用控制器设计方法，可以满足不同的控制策略，而不是某一种特定的控制策略，计算机仿真结果充分验证了方法的正确性和有效性。

In view of Helan Mountain-Yinchuan basin is a ecological Continuum, it's innovative to put forward the holistic system of Helan Mountain-Yinchuan Basin as suitable scale for landscape management. Based on the fact that Helan Mountain-Yinchuan Basin in a circle composed by deserts and Loess Plateau,and seven vegetation ( the mountain forest belt,mountain shrub-grass belt,mountain foot desert grassland belt,oasis belt in diluvial fan plain,oasis belt in alluvial plain,wetland belt near the Yellow river, desert grassland belt in Obrdos platform) belong to the system, a"mountain-plain oasis-river-platform eco-productive paradigm"is proposed.
