描述了稳定分布的谱表示，提出了共变谱密度的概念，得到一种基于自共变序列与共变谱的稳定分布白噪声与有色噪声的概念及其判断标准，对传统意义上的白噪声进行了广义化，依据多项式自回归系统模型，对基于稳定白噪声输入的系统输出非线性稳定有色噪声建立其非线性PAR模型，提出基于最小P范数的EIRLP算法对非线性PAR系统进行辨识。

Chaper 3 is general description of ADA encryption. Chapter 4 deals with the transform domain encryption. Includes the element of perfect and quasi-perfect transform domain encryption, and presents two type new schemes. Chapter 5 deals with asynchronous ADA encryption. Extends the general theory and model of asynchronous ADA scrambling, and introduces two type phase-distortion-free a synchronous ADA schemes. Chapter 6 is about new direction of ADA encryption. Includes TASI scrambling, transform domain dummy insertion scrambling, noise coving scrambling and other multi-dimension ADA scrambling, and proposes an adaptive dummy spectrum insertion asynchronous scrambling and a new adaptive noise-coving DFT scrambling algorithm. Chapter 7 is on permutation key. presents part results on permutation features, selecting criterion and constructing method. Chapter 8 introduces the hard and software design of a common ADA encryption/decryption system, and presents the experimental results on several proposed ADA encryption schemes.

第一章为绪论；第二章为语声信号、及其处理基础；第三章为模数模加密的一般描述；第四章为变换域加密研究，包括变换域加密机理，变换域完善与准完善保密研究，提出两种新的变换域加密方案；第五章为异步模数模加密研究，扩充了异步模数模加密的一般理论，介绍了两种新的无相位失真异步加密方案的原理与实现方法；第六章对模数模加密新方向：TASI应用途径、变换域伪谱插空置乱、噪声掩盖、多维置乱加密的原理和方法进行介绍，提出了自适应伪频插空异步模数模置乱算法与自适应DFT系数噪声掩盖置乱新算法；第七章为置换密钥性质、筛选准则以及构造方法研究的部分结果；第八章介绍了通用模数模加/解密实验系统的硬件、软件研制概况，并给出了几种加密方法的实验结果。

In order to correct the locality and partiality in the classical analysis method for investment, a genetic algorithm used in short-term stock investment analysis is proposed. Significance of chromosome, adapt value parameter in the stock market is explained and an applied scheme of selection, crossbreed, and variation operator is designed.

针对传统投资分析方法的局限性和一定程度的片面性，提出将遗传算法运用于股票短期投资分析，具体解释了染色体、适应值等参数在股市分析中的实际意义，并设计了选择、杂交、变异算子的使用方案，同时改进了算法——提出"伸展算子"。

Concept of compound geometric design for at-grade intersection is presented, and in functional, economic and environmental concept's way at-grade intersection's geometric design is elaborated. Qualitative and quantitative research is provided for intersection's channelized and flared design, including detailed analyses for pocket lane, crossway and traffic island. When conventionally channelized design of signalized intersection isn't possible or these effects are poor, an unconventional geometric design for intersection is brought out and 5 kinds of modes are systematically studied. An example is illustrated to urban signalized intersection compound design's splendid future and deep importance.

对平面交叉口提出复合型几何设计理念，从功能理念、经济理念和环境理念出发研究信号交叉口的几何设计，对交叉口拓宽渠化设计中关键技术环节（专用车道、人行横道和交通岛）进行详细定性和定量分析；针对不允许进行渠化设计或渠化设计效果不佳的信号交叉口，结合交叉口的相关道路设施提出了非传统设计方法，并建立和分析了典型的5种非传统设计模式；同时结合事例说明复合型几何设计理念在城市信号交叉口设计的崭新前景和重要意义

Then the oldest ancient Bischofia polycarpa in Dongguan City was taken as an example and some practical measures for protection were given. It was put forward that the land conditions and crown space of ancient and famous trees should be properly dealt with in the urban situation and relevant national technical specifications of ancient and famous tree protection should be established.

最后以东莞市最老的古树——千年古秋枫环境改造设计为案例提出了具体保护措施，并针对古树名木保护中遇到的城市现实条件限制问题，提出了妥善处理古树名木的立地条件和树冠空间拓展的难题，尽快出台国家有关城市古树名木保护技术规范的建议。

After summarizing the existing research results, this article proposes new methods on moving force identification based on radial basis function approximation method and cubic spline function approximation method, and discusses the influence which some parameters to the precision of identification through calculating an example.

文章首先在第一章中介绍了已有的移动荷载识别方法及国内外的研究状况，在此基础上提出了研究目标和意义，即提出新的移动荷载识别方法，并通过数字模拟来讨论新方法的精度，以便评估桥梁的动力特性，为桥梁的设计和汽车性能的改进提供依据。

It is a generalization of the nonlinear diffusion equation proposed by Perona-Malik and the method presented by Cuesta, and interpolates between the nonlinear parabolic equation and the nonlinear hyperbolic equation, thus can effectively control the diffusion process so that noises can be removed and details of the image such as edges can be preserved as much as possible simultaneously.

In order to solve these problems encountered in the application of Artificial Intelligence in fault diagnosis of power transformer, some improved methods are presented, the main research work of this dissertation consists of the following parts: The conception of cumulative frequency in data reliability analysis is utilized to unify the results of Dissolved Gas Analysis. And with the application of the class-attribute function, the evaluation of typicality of samples and the selection of characteristic vectors of fault could be realized by integrating the technique of multivariate statistical analysis.
